The rear light keeps coming on due to a bad door sensor. This was very annoying, the tpms sensor is bad in one of the tires as well.

Uhaul, your 800 number and reservation process is f**king TERRIBLE! I called to reserve a truck, was given a reservation number and when I arrived to get it, there was no truck! Then I called back and was told to travel 16 miles to another location when there was an available truck literally AROUND THE CORNER! Your logistics system needs work!

The store where I was supposed to drop the rental was close and was not even supposed to be open. I was not inform that it was to be closed, so I had to go to another location to drop it off and then They would not return my deposit.

Great customer service even though I went through 4 trucks in 6 days to get my house moved due to me being injured and nearly disabled. I had to stop what I was doing with 1 truck with it halfway loaded rush to get it unloaded because someone else had a reservation on that particular truck.

I used the 24/7 app. The pick up went smoothly. The drop off did not. I went through the whole process and got to the payment and I owed 8 more dollars and it wouldn't take my credit card for the balance. I was using a different card than the one I used to hold the truck. So it won't let you change cards on the pick up. It wanted to charge the full amount and I would have had to wait for them to cancel it off the original card. I guess figure out how to program the app to charge just the difference on any card you want.



My turn in was before 6pm. It was a Sunday so the location closes at 4. I arrived at about 355. The staff was standing at the door and watched me pull in. As I was approaching, he turned his sign to closed and walked to the back of the store. That's a poor excuse for customer service. Will never use this location again

I returned the rental trailer a day ahead of scheduled, was still charged for the full rental contract . tried calling to speak with associate only to be told, they cant do anything that only U-Haul can make changes. Also location failed to check in the rental trailer till three days later when i called asking for a copy of my receipt that the associate said he would email the after noon that the trailer was dropped off.

We dropped off the truck early cleaned and gassed up, a month later U-Haul debited my account extra money for whatvthey day is clean up fee.. y’all went in to my account unauthorized and no one contacted me . I’m told there’s alcohol and trash and personal items in the truck (a month later) without pictures, proof just an employee word.. I left the truck in great condition cleaned etc like I always do when I rent U-Haul. But now I’m fee’d for something that was done to the truck after I dropped it off.. I want my refund ASAP or I’m contacting my lawyer! I’ve called every day since Friday and now still gettingvthe run around and no one has the time to speak with me. This is unethical and I want my money back!



The ability to pick up and return via my cell phone in off hours was great. I have use the Miles Road facility 3 times, all have been a pleasure. thanks

As a non smoker I found the truck to smell badly of cigarette smoke, and the ashtray was filled with cigarette ash and cigarette butts. Obviously had not been cleaned after the last user.
