People were very nice. The vehicle was dirty inside and out. Older truck, ran very rough. Spent $10 in gas, Felt like it was going to stall at light. Otherwise a smooth process. A cleaner truck and it would have been a lot better.

I was disappointed in this experience in that the equipment that I had reserved was not all there and there was a bad computer glitch that kept me there for 2 or 2.5 hours to correct. I was given no discount for the wait and it was totally not my fault. The personnel were courteous but it was still a bad experience.

I will never use Uhaul again in my life. I have had the absolute worst experience ever. Not to mention the district manager who contacted me had no customer service training obviously, it seems as though I was a bother to his Sunday. He charged me extra AFTER I was honest with him about taking a dolley and blankets that I was told by someone in the office on Saturday that I could use for FREE (he claimed this was not protocol to give free items to use and said he HAD to charge me....this was after my 3 hour nightmare. Hard to believe a true manager would do that to a customer who had already dealt with incompetent people and having a nightmare to deal with. He was more concerned with adding charges to my bill after I had previously explained to him that I was told it would be free). When I went to the lot to retrieve my reservation at 11am there was NO key on back tire. In fact it was nowhere to be found. We searched the grounds with no luck. Called 1-800-GO-UHAUL. Spoke to no less than 5 people and every single one either hung up on me after 15 to 20 minutes or transferred me back in que without warning. A complete and total nightmare. They have now double charged my card because I ended up having two reservations. I had to pay my moving guys TWO extra hours because of this disaster as well. I have told all of my family and friends not to use this company for anything in the future. I went with this specific Uhaul dealer because I rent a storage unit on their lot. And have been for over 3 1/2 years. I will be cancelling that as soon as I can as well. What I had to deal with today with horrible customer service, paying extra money for extra time with movers, the headache of the whole situation with someone not leaving a key for a reservation that was made the day prior (knowing their office is closed on Sundays but can still reserve through the app) and of course speaking to the so called district manager who really was no help for me whatsoever and honestly just made matters worse.....was enough to turn my business away for good. I will be filing a formal complaint and will be taking legal action if corporate cannot take immediate action with rectifying a horrible and unnecessary situation.

I dropped the trailer off at 4:25 pm. They were closed already. The sign said 5 pm. I went back the next day at 12:30 pm, and they were closed for lunch. I knocked on the door, and a woman answered. She said she was taking her lunch, and the trailer is fine. Needs better customer service.

The rates were higher than expected. While advertising 29.99 for in town I was charged 165 for 38 miles. Was disappointed. Besides the rate the service was amazing but probably will not use again due to the rates. Staff was wonderful though and easy process just not worth the price tag.

I was very happy with the personal service representative.. she was very helpful as it was a holiday weekend. I would like to say the roaches in the cab of the truck were terrible. I am not referring to what some call a palmetto bug (roach) I am referring to what would be considered tiny infestation roaches. They were on me, the seat and dashboard. I found this to be unpleasant as no one wants roaches on them nor do I want roaches in my purse that was on the seat. This caused me added stress and to be displeased with the rental.

Warn people about the "Wrong Destination fee" before charging them. Warn people that they're going to be charged for their contract mileage regardless of if they use it. Warn people that the listed contract price is a minimum, subject to increase at UHAUL's discretion. Then go out of business.

Tire on the trailer was out of round. we spent 3 hours on the side of the road waiting for a replacement. the location should be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the equipment not the renter.

The top storage area of the truck was full of ants, didnt realize this til unloading. Ants were all over our boxes & mattresses. Contacted corporate & storage facility. No one bothered to respond. Poor customer service.

They should have two in the office. The fabulous female person working with me had to field the phone, welcome new customers, answer their questions, write my contract, hook up my trailer (leaving the office unattended).

She helped my daughter and me on a rainy move to college have a fantastic experience on what could have been a nerve wracking day with a wet mattress. We will never forget her kindness and help. You can update your website. There were numerous locations that were no longer U-Haul rental locations that were popping up online. It was annoying and a time waster. I tried to rent one through Penske or Budget but they didn't have one or I would not have used U-Haul.
