Warn people about the "Wrong Destination fee" before charging them. Warn people that they're going to be charged for their contract mileage regardless of if they use it. Warn people that the listed contract price is a minimum, subject to increase at UHAUL's discretion. Then go out of business.

Tire on the trailer was out of round. we spent 3 hours on the side of the road waiting for a replacement. the location should be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the equipment not the renter.

The top storage area of the truck was full of ants, didnt realize this til unloading. Ants were all over our boxes & mattresses. Contacted corporate & storage facility. No one bothered to respond. Poor customer service.

They should have two in the office. The fabulous female person working with me had to field the phone, welcome new customers, answer their questions, write my contract, hook up my trailer (leaving the office unattended).

You can update your website. There were numerous locations that were no longer U-Haul rental locations that were popping up online. It was annoying and a time waster. I tried to rent one through Penske or Budget but they didn't have one or I would not have used U-Haul.

Location was closed. 5 minutes before I was going to return my truck I was sent a text message to return my truck To a different location. I live 5 minutes from the location I had chosen. I was not willing to drive an extra 30 minutes to new location.

I rented a truck for Saturday June 3rd over a month ago and was not able to pick up a truck. I was called at last minute to change the pickup location which was 25 miles away from me. This is the 3rd time using uhaul and the 3rd time having this type of issue. I felt overpriced for my rental, I was charged for insurance, which I didn't want. Was told do to complications in pickup that I would receive free 50 miles usage, which wasn't documented. Overall the uhaul authorized dealer are not the issue, it is uhaul as a company in the manner in which they sechudule their trucks. I know the business is making money but uhaul needs to think about the customer first, I have serval people who have had the same issue. When people rent a truck at a preferred location, uhaul needs to do whatever they can to get a truck to that location. If they don't have one, do not say we have one.

Sandy was great. There was a slight problem with the UHaul system that made the pick up process a little lengthy. Sandy apologized for the error and maintained a positive and professional attitude during the entire process. Based from my experience with her I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

I would NEVER recommend this location to my worst enemy. As if the "sugar, darlin, honey bumpkin" name-calling wasn't irksome enough(I'm almost thirty with a family of my own), she treated me like a child, and DID NOT RING UP MY ORDER FOR A DOLLY! I told her I wanted the BIG dolly as we had a lot of heavy stuff to move. She did not ring it up, and when I returned to fix the problem she told me she was on lunch and to come back in half an hour. I LEFT my appliance rather than look at that woman one more time in my life!!! Ontop of that, she didn't even give me enough mileage to get from her shop to stop one, and then to my destination, let alone to make a stop by the storage unit to get the rest of our belongings before leaving town, so I ended up paying for 40 extra miles! This woman made our move SO much more difficult and stressful than it needed to be. This woman should not be allowed to flip fries at McDonalds, let alone operating a business with a reputation such as Uhaul, that she would be only too happy to run into the ground. I was absolutely disgusted with this woman and this experience and I know now for a fact this woman has other complaints against her, perhaps not at your level, but people are consistently complaining of her and I hope this reaches the regional manager or something. Get her out please!!!
