It took them 5 days, 3 phone calls to the gas station, and 3 phone calls to U-Haul to get the truck checked back in after dropping it off. They don't answer their phones, and only one person who works at this location slightly knows the U-Haul process. Definitely DO NOT recommend this location, go anywhere else.

Check the truck in when I bring it back. All you have to do is call the store where rented and have the attendant to walk out and check number on the truck to see it's back. I've made this same report more than once.

ROB'N WWorst experience I have have ever had. The guy at the store was RUDE took over 45mins to pick up then refused to check back in at drop off said he would do it later so I had to do online on app on someone else's phone. Will not use U-Haul from this location ever again. This was the WORST.
Lacy WStaff was not sure how to check out the equipment.
