The location and staff was excellent to deal with and very friendly. I would recommend calling a location or stopping in to speak to someone personally if you are interested in renting a uhaul. I set it up online and they didn’t even have the truck at the location I signed up for that said the truck was their so I ended up having to drive twice as far to pick the truck up. Keep in mind you are responsible for putting gas back in the vehicle..

The used car salesmen douche bags were rude during the pickup transaction and during the return. If they do not enjoy going through the process of renting Uhauls to people who need them then they shouldn't offer this service!! Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

there was no problem with the location, it was with U-haul. We set the reservation and the someone called and said we could get this truck in Lake Geneva. When I asked her where we could get one and started to name towns we were close she said it wasn't her job.

The truck we got did not start. They gave it a jump start at the facility and sent us on our way. We got the truck home and loaded it. When we went to start the truck again, it would not start. Something in the truck made a very loud clicking noise and this continued for about five minutes. When we tried to call the facility, there was no answer and no number to call in case of emergency or other urgent needs. The truck finally started after sometime and we were able to get it to our new house tonjnliad it. We had to return the truck early and were not able to complete our move with this truck. When we returned the truck, the man in the office made no attempt to apologize for any inconvenience and did not seem to care that we had trouble with their equipment. Fortunately, we did rent a bigger truck from a different facility and we were able to finish moving.

Your people were verry Rudd with me.just because I asked a few questions.some guy name joe.so I was thinking about filling up a complaint with u haul.i reserved a 15 and they give a 20 the Joe he told you like or not he say Jack or Bob not here you deal with me. So I don't need any altercation just for getting a u haul.so I'm not sending any of my friends over.

have the actual trailer at the location when the reservation was made almost 3 weeks prior. You can take a reservation, now try and hold the reservation.

Have equipment in location of preferred pick up location. Had to drive north to next city, then South back to load trailer, and then back north past non selected pick up place to final destination. It would have been nicer to grab trailor at preferred pick up spot instead of all the run around.

I already called yesterday about this but I'll reiterate it here... I will NEVER use that facility again! If yo have bad/no customer service skills then you should not be dealing with customers! Only at the end when the guy basically started yelling at me did he blame the Uhaul system for the problems. The whole process yesterday was horrible! Had I not had a tight schedule to meet I would have left an went to another facility!! NO customer should ever be yelled at and intimidated with threats of taking the equipment back and leaving me with nothing! The guy that 'worked' with me was an arrogant jerk! He was frustrated working with a system he (obviously) didn't know how to use and took it out on me. Yes, I was frustrated because I had already reserved the equipment the day before... AND paid for it.... on the Uhaul website so this SHOULD have only take a couple minutes to hook the trailer up but instead took almost 40 minutes of him filling out info I'd already filled out; re-entering my CC info; messing up and having to start over; not filling out all the info and not understanding why the 'next' button wasn't available for him to click! If you know a customer isn't happy with what's going on....IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT EITHER SO ON'T TAKE IT OUT ON THEM WHEN YOU GET FRUSTRATED! My sister was with me and was just as floored with this guys attitude as I was! He obviously, as I said initially, unfamiliar with good customer service and how to handle easing a situation that may cause a customer to get frustrated. He should have, from the get go, just apologized for having to seemingly start over and explained 'it's the Uhaul system' and have been nicer about it and I would have been a little more understanding. Secondly, Uhaul really needs to work on their system. If I reserve something online and pay for it.... I shouldn't even have to deal with a person at the site... or at most the only dealing should be for them to hook up the trailer or provide a key for the vehicle!
