I prepaid for moving pads and the location did not have any. They sent me 1/2 hour out of the way to pick them up.

We were confused as to where to park the truck and where the key box was. The trucks were parked in a vacant lot with a buiiding for sale and no drop box. The drop box was next door hidden by tractor trailer trucks.

The beginning mileage was incorrect, also the beginning gas amount was incorrect. Thank goodness I took pictures of gas and miles before and after our use of the truck

They gave us prompt credit for the return of the truck this morning, eliminating worry. We did not have face to face interactions. We trust we were not charged double. We paid at the time of the reservation 3/1/18 and then again in Manchester when they had to open a new form on 3/4/2018 because of truck availability difficulties and bouncing from location to location to location.

Check out take a very long times. lady ask for driver license for me and my son-inlaw for 4 times and cannot put in the system, and I finally ask here to make a hard copy. when I book for rental from uhaul main corp they book me in the wrong location, and it was chaos, and luckily the franchise from North Oxford was able to help me out to get a truck for that day.

Nothing other than a hot Thernos if coffee... I was totally satified except when the uhaul site was down and we couldnt print the contract at the time but they were wonderful and took great care of us. Thanks

I reserved my u-haul rental truck at one location it was supposed to be ready for pick up at 9:00 am , when I arrived I was told by one of the gas station employee that his boss was running late and that he didn’t know when he’s going to show up. I asked him if he can deliver me the truck that I already reserved online and he told me he didn’t do the uhaul rentals. So I had to call customer service and they send me to another location.when I arrived to the other location and sign the contract the lady told me I had to walk on an icy path to get to the truck there were around 75 feet away from the store and when I finally got there the truck was full on snow and icy windshield, I didn’t have anything to clean the windshield so I ended up waiting till the truck warmed enough to melt the ice with the defrost. I lost an hour and a half in this process. And the people that were going to help some of them had to leave, so I ended up with just a few friends and myself to do the relocation. Thanks for that U-haul

Although I did the express check in two days prior to my arrival, it still took close to an hour before I drove away with my U-Haul truck. The lady working behind the counter was not knowledgeable or competent...thank god a gentleman came out from the back to assist her and expedite the process.

I was charged for mileage that I did not use. I borrowed this truck for 4 hours and moved from 1 mile away from where I picked up the truck to a 1/4 mile down the road. I originally asked to pick this truck up on Worcester st in Southbridge and said there was nothing available. The day after my rental my brother in law picked up his truck on Worcester st Southbridge. Why did i have to go to Sturbridge?? This was easy but everything went wrong when i woke up to a $12 charge that wasn't mine to pay. Almost $42 for 4 hours of a rental? I won't use Uhaul again.

Awesome service from pick up location. Only issue I had was that the van was not available at the time I had scheduled. If a customer does not return on time, it should not be up to the next customer to find an alternative. UHaul corporate should have made more of an effort to ensure that a van was available

i had a bad experience. my original reservation was for 9:30 am at the southbridge location. when i arrived to get the truck it wasnt available.....i was told i would need to go to sturbridge which is about 30 miles round trip more than the Southbridge location was going to be to my house.....as well as more gas. it was also longer travel which made it impossible for me to make my delivery while my daughter was in school like i had planned. i was told that when i was told the location was open until 7pm.......i had planned to give them my CC info for the charge when i got back because all i had with my was my wife's. all my CC info was at the original location. when i got the truck back at 5:30 the location was locked up. i had to use the drop box, and this morning they charged my wife's card which i DID NOT want to do. the whole thing was a disaster

The truck was not there when I went there at the reserved time. I was moving and had to meet the moving company and had to go there without any of my furniture and moved what they had. I then had to travel back two hours and hire someone else and return to my new residence once the truck showed up two hours late. The location where I rented it did all they could but ultimately I had no truck and the lack of a truck cost me a lot more money and delayed my move by two days as it was a Saturday. Being in the military means I have to move a lot and I try and use Uhaul but this experience was horrible and created a lot of extra stress, time, and money.

After we reserved this location we received a phone call from UHaul telling us to pick up at the UHaul location in Brimfield instead. We drove there to find no truck available. We had to drive 25 minutes back to where we had originally reserved the truck to find there was a truck waiting for us there. It cost us time and money as we had people waiting to help load the truck. While both locations were helpful the experience was not good.

Renting at first was a nightmare. I called the location in Brimfield, Mass first. The guy admitted on phone he didn't know what he was doing. I wanted 15' truck, he booked me a 20' truck. His price was $200 higher than what U-Haul website said. He said, "don't worry about it, U-haul will adjust later and we'll get you a 15' truck." Day of pick-up, Brimfield rep said sorry, no 15' trucks, you get a 20' truck for no additional charge but you will owe an extra $10." That made no sense, we canceled order & called Sturbridge, Mass who said he had plenty of trucks. Sturbridge rep was great!!!

You changed my drop off location without much notice. I should have been notified when I picked it up. It really messed up my plan today as it added an extra 40 minutes of driving in the wrong direction.

Truck wasn't clean. No one did a walk through of the vehicle and I wasn't sure if some of the damage was previously reported so I took my own pictures just in case. Starting the rental period on a full tank would be more convenient than trying to guess how much gas one will use. I ended up leaving a half tank more than I was provided.

Not a great location. Hard to find. Had to walk a ways to get to the truck. Only one attendant who didn't really give me any instructions about how to operate the truck (thank goodness I had prior experience). I asked for a dolly but he said they didn't have any. This place seemed more like a truck stop than a retain uhaul rental place. I would avoid this location in the future.

Overhead marker light was out I didn't say anything cuz I was in a hurry. When I got to my location I found a large slice in the rear passenger side Tire I am a professional truck driver I know I did not hit anything on the drive to the location but it look like a previous driver curb the truck I would have thought this would have been found after they turned it in.
