The man was very rude and not very helpful. He also charged us for an extra day when we returned it a day early. His comment to us, “This is my place and I can charge you whatever I want.”

The reservation was booked on line, the time was changed: supposed to have the trailer at 9:30 and did not get it until noon. I was paying for labor while we waited for poor service and under staffing at the U Haul office. Equipment was not ready, UHaul employee not helpful with getting and securing equipment ot the truck. Place smelled in the building, UHaul representative was rude, What a horrid experience.

Subject came out and showed me where to park the trailer. Asked us to fold the moving pads which we did. Then he walked away and said "Have a nice trip." I stood there for a few minutes expecting him to come out and unhitch the trailer. He did not. I made several attempts but at my age was unable to lift the trailer off the hitch. My senior wife was able to give me a hand and we finally got it off. My back is killing me now. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Will not be using that location again.

Returned during business hours and office was closed. Could not do online return and when I called owner for help he was short, rude and condescending. When I tried to explain that the website was not working for the return he told me he "didn't have time for the baloney" and hung up on me. He was not a good representative for Uhaul.

there were no disclosures whatsoever about price, insurance or anything. You should let the customer know how much the vehicle is going to cost including mileage and any other fees or charges.

Nobody there, no one answered the phone, one of the plug wires was hacked(not essential thank God) Your online and app connection appears to be disconnected from your stores. I would appreciate a call back for a better report of the situation, very insulting and totally avoidable.

Paul was very easy to deal with. He promptly credited me for the extra mileage I had originally paid for. This was a refreshing experience compared to my last U-Haul rental at Reyes Auto. I will use this location for all of my future U-Haul needs.

stop letting the UHAUL location at Bridge Road in Hobe Sound be a UHaul Dealer they have screwed me over again

This location isn't the issue-the issue was I was booked for a place in Hobe Sound that doesn't even rent U-Hauls anymore-got there, after passing this place and was told I needed to drive back to a different location- terrible service from the on line process and the regional manager who just informed me via text about the change late

Get rid of the current location manager. When I forgot the hand dolly at my local storage facility, the manager Paul stated I had to have it returned immediately and would charged a "late fee"; since i had to meet with my interstate movers within minutes at my new residence, this was not possible so he charged me $150.00 to buy the dolly: is UHaul that hard up for money? Was supposed to pick up at 1:00 but owner called and said he needed to move it up to 1;30. I agreed but he did not show up till 2:15. It was an 40 minute drive for me to pick up then wait 45 mire minutes. In a county with 5 uhaul distributors I had to go to another county to pick up and take it back to same place.
