Was supposed to pick up at 1:00 but owner called and said he needed to move it up to 1;30. I agreed but he did not show up till 2:15. It was an 40 minute drive for me to pick up then wait 45 mire minutes. In a county with 5 uhaul distributors I had to go to another county to pick up and take it back to same place.

Truck was dirty. Extra rented items were NOT in our truck - they were in the next truck over. Contact person did not answer the phone until 2 days later - and only because we logged a complaint with U-Haul and expected NOT to pay for items we didn't get. He resisted refunding the money as well. I still don't have my credit. And not related to this location, but my original pick-up location was not available at the last minute and I only found out when I called to confirm my truck. I was charged extra miles but had to go more than 15 miles out of my way to get the truck to start with.

wheres, my recete and it took over 2 hrs to get the trailer at the second place because the frist place had all ready rented the trailer that I had reserved two days before you tell me if I was happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10 am at the frist place finly 12pm at the second place!!!!!!!!!!!!

Advise customer of changed pickup location would be nice, in the end it worked out, but I had to be redirected to find the trailer. Not the fault of the pickup location, probably corporate failure.

we got charged for fuel when we put more in then was expected. Then when we called the business owner he was rude and said he was not in the office. we are disputing this charge with uhaul and we hope to get our $50 reimbursed.

Would be helpful for customer if location had a gas pump on sight, rather than using gas to find a gas station nearby to refill the tank as per contract.

This was the third location that I was sent to in order to drop off the truck. The person in charge took the keys to the truck and did not answer any of my questions. They told me to “take it up with them” (meaning u-haul).

I spoke with owner twice (and left detailed message the first time I called) to co firm my reservation for a 10’ truck. When I went to pick it up, there was only a 15’ truck!! I did not need / want this size of truck! It not only was harder to load (I am 65 yrs old and did not want the higher back that had a ramp) it added ~2.5 hrs to my trip plus was a gas hog. I am a frequent renter of uhaul (my husband and I have rent 3 trucks and countless trailers over the past 4 years) and will now rethink my loyalty when I rent a truck again (which will be in a couple of months for my son’s move)! I would really appreciate a call so I can provide additional feedback on this location.

Although I did the check in on the computer the day before it still took nearly an hour to get the trailer despite the fact that I was the only customer. The U-Haul person was responsive but the computer system was giving him problems.

the in-cab engine cover was broken, noise and heat from engine came into cab along with smells. had to keep windows open. rear door would jam in open position stuck under roof opening. Door lever in disrepair/owner was pleasant

We had a one way rental to another city over two hours away. The U-Haul computer system listed a drop off location that was closest to our destination and we chose that location for the drop off. Unfortunately, when we got there the young man inside said that they used to take U-Haul trucks, but don't anymore. We were in an unfamiliar town with a truck and no drop off place. I'm not sure if there was really anything that the guy at the Stuart location could have done. How would he have known? We did a Google Maps search for another location and they put us through to a U-Haul representative that, although surprised by the situation, apologized, found an open location that was close and set it all up for us to drop off at the other location. Everyone handled the problem well.

Put an arrow on the sign pointing to the left and around the bend , because the trucks and trailers are not even near the office. If you drive over to the trucks you don`t know where the office is. Raymond R Skudera I would certainly rent from that location again.

My pick up time was 8 am for a 26' truck and it was not there when I got there at 8. I had to wait until 8:30 for it to arrive and I had movers waiting for me at the storage unit needing the truck. I do not know whose fault it was, but it should not have happened.

I had a reservation for a truck and, through U-Haul, loading/unloading help. Despite having my reservation confirmed via email as well as a phone call, my truck was not available when I went to pick it up. I only requested the truck for four hours, and the moving help for two, but I had to wait over an hour for a truck to become available, and it wasn't the size I reserved. I got some help from the movers but ended up returning the truck and finishing the move on my own. I would definitely never recommend this location, and possibly U-Haul, to anyone.
