The gentleman who signed equipment in was rude, very sharp. I was told I could drop it off at nearest dealer and he did nothing but complain about it. “Scott” needs to learn a little customer care and lighten up!

Terrible customer service. Only one person there knew how to take care of the computer end of it and he wasn’t there when I arrived to pick up. And his coworkers were horrifically unfriendly. U-Haul should not be using this as one of their locations

There was an employee in the location, a car dealership, who was the only one able to process the trailer return, and he was trying to sell cars, obviously. I waited while other employees milled about and played on their phones without even a hello, or a 'how can I help you?' I walked all over the dealership looking for someone to just tell me where to go when finally I asked out loud if anyone actually worked there. Someone then pointed to a guy who was on the phone with a car sales customer and said only he could assist me. He was obviously perturbed at that point, so wasn't very helpful. I received no paperwork, nor even a confirmation, that the equipment had been returned and was in good shape and working order. Very weird... Won't be going back there!

Communication was nonexistent, and I’m not sure if that’s because of uhaul as a company or this particular uhaul location. I had made a reservation on Monday to rent a uhaul Saturday and was told I would receive a call about pick up but never did. So I called the 1-800-uhaul number asking about it and they said I would be going to the location I picked. When I got there the next morning at my pick up time of 10am, they said they didn’t have a vehicle for me. At 10:30ish a different location called asking if I still needed the uhaul, but that place had never even contacted me prior to 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. It was very frustrating and set our move back by an hour and a half.

This is the worst of all, you to get a dealer. Cheated on gas, charged on pads when I returned the balance in Nashville. Took back clean they charged $85 For cleaning. What a RIP off. The extra days was authorized in Nashville because of very bad weather and could not load..

The trailer was EXTREMELY old with dents and scratches all over it. The location called about 40 min before pickup time asking when we were coming. The man said he had errands to run so he was trying to be considerate to us by checking on pickup time but he was really doing this in a self-serving way. Upon pickup, the agent actually stated at one point that he wished we were not bringing this back to his location because he didn’t want to come in in a Sunday. He also could not provide us with a copy of the contract since his printer was broken. He could not email us the contract or send it to another printer in the location because the two systems didn’t work with each other. We took the trailer without a contract since we had no choice. It seemed like an extremely shady business. I would not recommend this location to anyone else.

When I went online I ordered mattress bags, when we got there we were told they did not carry any supplies mattress bags, furniture pads, gabs truck, etc. I tried to call the location the day before, made three attempts always went to voice mail.

The uhaul representative overbooked me by 312.00= I was directed to drop off truck at a place that has no key drop. They lost key and charged me 6day rental on a 5hour move. I wanted 24moving blankets.got 6and they charged me 80dollars just for the pad rental. My IRS check is due to bounce over these fraudulent charges. IM glad I call 1800 number and provided details and mileage when I dropped vehicle. Cover yourself with the insurance people. This guy in Stuart at continental is a crook. And I tipped him when he rented the truck/

Uhaul needs to communicate with the site. I made a reservation outside business hours and they had no idea about it. Thank goodness a mechanic showed up eventually and could help us, as there was no truck associated with our rental. I typically have rented from Budget and this was the first time trying Uhaul and I have to say I will NOT rent again..and will share this experience with friends and family. It took us over 45 minutes to get a truck and that is ridiculous!
