Property needs to have someone available when you have a reserved time. Proprietor was very rude and spoke very little English. Thanks to your customer service representatives, Heather Coffey, we were able to get the trailer and on the road before noon. Our pickup time was for 9:30
Drop off was a horrible experience. The staff said my receipt would be emailed to me. The person who checked me out NEVER told me of the extra charges. I was charged a $16 cleaning fee, $5 in tax, and to top it off a $22 after hours fee. I returned the trailer at 1:00 in the afternoon. Uhaul just ripped me off I will NEVER use this location ever, I would drive put of my way to avoid it. I have left a bad review on Google as well.
Charged to much for a couple of hours usage. Was kept waiting for too long in store. Ended up with too big of a truck.
Attendant didn't know how to rent I was pre registered and he had to call someone to walk him through renting to me asking all the same stuff I already entered on internet the night before It was hooked to truck I had to back out and unhook the trailer myself rental site was a convenient store with only one attendant that wasn't educated on U-Haul because of this 1 and a half hour in between store customers experience I will never rent a U-Haul again bet no one tells corporate this

This was one real pain in the rear place to deal with. I have rented trailers and trucks many times before over the years from U-Haul and never went through the experience of dealing with idiots and standing around waiting for someone to come and help me, and nobody to help me drop the trailer, unhook etc.. I am elderly and had to ask total strangers to assist me because there was no help available. I wouldn't do business with them again for any reason.
Went there to pick up the item where the representative told me to go from U-Haul and the item was not there the trailer I went to rent so I had to drive to the other location in Jefferson City to pick it up one it showed they had
This whole experience was an absolute joke, we waited over 2 hours to get the truck so we only had 4 of the 6 hours requested to move our stuff, we didnt even get to move everything but I'd rather carry it across the country on my back than waste money again. 80 bucks for 4 hours and we still have to find a way to move our stuff. Pathetic.
Great location. Not too far away
This truck was very dangerous to drive as the brakes and the transmission were not working properly. The truck was not cleaned so very dirty - windows and the storage area.To stop I had to downshift as the brakes were not working properly. The transmission was not automatically shifting from first to second gear or second to third gear. Although I had performed the online check-in it took an hour to rent the truck and the dealer asked me to pay for the truck again.

Due to truck availability this was the third pick up location. It would be nice if UHaul could make sure the trucks are at the preferred location for the customer instead of the customer having to accommodate for the location of the truck.
Be better prepared for customers. I had to wait 2 hours. I also helped the guy hook up the trailer..nice ppl just need to be better organized.
They took forever on getting us the truck, we filled all our info out online and were still left standing there in the store for 11/2 hours.
This location has a tiny area to drop off trailers. Very hard to maneuver the vehicle. If you are not good at backing up a trailer don't drop off here.
The 15' truck was out of alignment, vibrated and wandered. The truck had the appearance of kind of clean but was not, sticky steering wheel and seats. So I spent 30 minutes cleaning it. I expected more for the premium I spent. Will shop around on the next rental for sure.
All of the counter personnel should be instructed in dealing with Uhaul equipment. The lady I dealt with was kind and courteous and apologized for not knowing more. However, it took an inordinately long amount of time to secure the trailer even though I had ordered online and had my paperwork.
Communication about billing was a bit of a problem--I set everything up online including check in but cashier at Roadside Market was a little confusing when explaining the payment process at pick up and drop off
The trailer that we reserved was not available at this location, and we were told that apparently these type of trailers aren't provided anymore. It seems like it would be beneficial than to remove them from the website or to allow a person to reserve them and not being contact within the two days to say that the trailer is actually not available
When a customer makes a reservation online, put the pickup location more noticible on the emails. Pickup location had problems getting connected to the internet.
This location is a gas station and convenience store. Took a long time to get the equipment checked in and get my receipt. Employees were very slow and seemed unsure on process. English is not their primary language and I'm hard of hearing. It was difficult for me to understand them.
