This was the creepiest, hard to find location imaginable. You drive behind an abandoned building through an unmarked gate, and down a half mile of abandoned cars/trucks/dump-like surroundings. Finally there is a dumpy looking building with a UHAUL sign on it... but NO UHaul trucks to be found. A lady with thick accent met us there to take the keys, but she had no identification of being company rep. It was the oddest experience ever... there was even an ostrich in a pen outside of the building. Will never go back!!!!!!

The location was difficult to find. Darryl, the customer service rep, however, was excellent. He went above and beyond, he drove to meet us to follow him around to the location. He answered all questions and was very professional and fiendly during the process of returning the truck. Darryl called me next day about my wallet which I forgot in the truck which I had returned the day before, he had to drive from Connecticut to Massachusetts to bring it back because the truck I rented and returned was picked up by some one who drove it to MA. I got my wallet back with all items in it including cash. Amazing! I appreciate Darryl's honesty and thoughtfullness.

It took a very long time to process my request and they put in a reservation and a pickup at the same time when there was only a pickup. I returned the truck in less than 24 hours and was billed for 3 days.

First the location closest to me in Bridgeport where I reserved the truck did not have the truck. I had to go to the above location which was in the next town. The truck was not there. My reservation was for 2:00. We waited in the cold office for two hours. We did not get the truck until 5:00. I lost movers and needed daylight. It seems there needs to be a better system, or more trucks, in place

Phone in reservation service was clear and specific. Service at sign in and pick up was easy and efficient and pleasant. Rented a 15 foot was very clean as well was the equipment. A tire service was required service was very prompt. Great service recommend highly. Returned at destination took pictures rental completed. ??

The have a mechanic doing my paperwork. ..took a hour ...he got fustrade with me because I was frustrated that they had an employee that doesn't do U-Haul stuff processing my order. He told me that he's not a computer expert and didn't appreciate my attitude that all he was doing was trying to help me. I told him I wasn't frustrated at him I was frustrated at Waldo the regional guy for giving me somebody that was incompetent with the U-Haul thing. I might you use U-Haul again but I will never ever come to this place that they had me come pick up the truck very disappointing

The person in charge did not know how do the truck rental had to help him out. It 45mins ti get my truck and that alone was upsetting. I was the only one in the office at the time. My remediation is to please have someone train you staff so that customers like me don't have to wait one hour to pick up a rental.

Mileage and the amount of gas was wrong on the initial contract. Both were corrected. The final receipt however selected the incorrect mileage and a charge for gasoline. I got 1/8 and returned it with 1/8. I have pictures of the dashboard to confirm.
