The person working there from a distance pointed where to put trailer. Showed no intention of coming over to unhook trailer. I got out and unhooked myself. Luckily I have rented these trailers several times so I knew what to do, but first time I've had to unhook my self.DARIN J.

In the first place they charged me $39.99 for $29.99 truck. Second for 3 mile/ 30 min trip they charged me for 5.6 gallon fuel/~$19. For around $30 trip they charged me $67. Literally they stole my money from my account. At this place they are ripping and stealing uhoul customers. I am going to report this to uhaul corporate office. I have all the vehicle pictures, the receit, and the transaction on my bank account. And I will report this to my bank and reverse this mony back to my accountTesfaye G.

The person renting the truck to me took over an hour to check me out. I needed to remove the car transport from the order and he didn't know how to use the computer software to remove it appropriately. This delay messed up my timeline for my move considerably as the movers were waiting outside of my apartment.Uche A.
The trailer had 2 huge holes and I told the guy and he told me to use the air hose. Not aired up for me he told me to do it. I told him about the holes and he just shrugged his shoulders. I had a blowout within 2 miles. Took 80 minutes for road service. He should have addressed the tire. I was 2 hours late for my job.Robert S.

The office was closed during operating hours. However, the regional manager, Danny Quinn, Jr., provided excellent customer service to make up for it and explained that the person who runs the store had a family emergency and could not be at the location. I would just recommend that the customer be notified when things out of the ordinary occur to prevent a disgruntled customer.Tangela C.
