Great Service



No, I will never recommend this location to anyone. The owner lacks any form of customer service and was highly argumentative with me and misleading about the negative situation I experienced with the truck. Also, he obtain my personal home address, and then sent someone to my home without my knowledge, authorization or permission. I gave him my address in good faith, but not for him to have someone come to my home unannounce regardless of the truck equipment malfunctioning.

This was not the original location I had chosen via your website. The one you had listed that I chose was closed and it took me a while to figure it out and then find another location. The location I found (above) was great but I was disappointed you had listed in your list to choose from a location that had been closed for a while according to the location that I finally found. Frustrating.

Lower your prices!!!! I feel cheated. I ended up paying 107 dollars to move three large pieces from Stone Mountain to Forest Park. A couple of the employees were rude and not very helpful. I will use another trucking service when I need to move anything else. Overall.... Very disappointed with my experience. 19.95 for a local move for 4 hrs cost me a 107 what a ripoff!!!!!!! Not to mention 0.79 per mile after 50 miles is ridiculous for local moving. I shudder to think what it would have cost for long distance move!!!!!

I was upset after making a reservation for one location and the Owner was not there, we waited at least 30 mins and 11.9 miles to another location. but the receptionist offered a $50 credit because the Supplier was not there.. I appreciate UHAUL but i still have a bad taste in my mouth about the entire encounter

On Saturday, I picked up the rental. When I arrived, not only did I Jace to wait in the rep, he seemed to have a bad attitude. He was unprofessional. And although he was late giving me the rental he said if I were late bringing it back, he'd charge me another rental rates. I said ok. I was an hour late, yet 2 holds were placed on my card instead of one. So when I arrived, he was closed and he said we'd have to finish the process on Monday. I said ok, and planned to meet at 10am as I explained to him I had 2 small kids, which said ok. At 9 Monday morning, I got an electric receipt for my transaction as I was confused because the rep and I agreed we would finish the transaction on Monday. Upon my return Monday morning a different rep was there. I explained to him that I got a receipt and I had not walked through truck with the report because he was closed at 3p at my arrival and we confirmed meeting Monday to solidify the transaction. The rep proceeds by stating my presence wasn't needed and that if there was an issue I would have been informed. I told him well the previous rep and I agreed to meet at 10 yet I got a receipt for the transaction thar has a signature line and it has a certifying statement that requires my signature and I wasn't her to certify it or review the truck at the time he decided to render my tender. That's unfair and unprofessional. My card is charged and yet I didn't get the courtesy of completing my transaction as I was supposed to. I signed the receipt and the rep says well do you want to walk the truck now, I said no, you finished it without me and sent me the receipt so it was a waste of time getting my kids to a sitter and coming up here. I am throughly unpleasant. I will never utilize U-Haul again. Horrible customer service!
