Okay the movers milked they're arrival time to the very last minute and then some. Next time I move, I will so be thinking of going a different route. You'll need to only use local movers...no people from 100 miles away. They may have finished the job, but they took forever to get to my locations.
NOT BE RUDE. BE WELCOMING NO MATTER WHAT. YOU GET PAID TO DO SO. I WAS ALREADY HAVING A TERRIBLE DAY THEN YOU TREATED MY BOYFRIEND AND I LIKE CRAP!
Trailers should be maintained. Also, customer service should remember that without customers, there would be no business. The guy wasn't bad. Just didn't seem to care whether we used U-Haul or not.
Amazing service and check in was painless! While the parking lot was too tight for the number of trucks coming back in, the employees took care to park the truck and make it so I could leave and receive the paperwork by email rather than waiting the 45 min they thought it would take to get to my check in.
The employee was not friendly at all and was very slow.

Both staff members were attentive and helpful when dropping off the vehicle.
1. The windshield wiper on the driver's side needs to be replaced. 2. The ratchets on the car carrier needs lubrication.
Very happy with the service and the fact that the process took into account good COVID safety practices. I felt that my health safety was important to this location.
The young man working there this morning was rude and the first thing he said to me was did you give me a fake number I been trying to reach you. Not hello or welcome or my I help you
I set up a truck at a different location, just a 24 hour local rental with a 6 am mobile check-in pickup. I got a text about 6pm the night before instructing me to call about equipment. The first call (after a long hold) was answered by someone who said she was in Arkansas and put me back on hold. After holding a long while again, someone told me the truck hadn't been returned on time and they changed my reservation to this one, supposedly the same as the first reservation. The next morning we got there at 6:30am. We went through the mobile pickup and it said check-in was complete but gave us no further instructions and there was no 20 ft. Truck that we could see. While we were working on this, an employee wearing a dirty shirt and who looked dirty and unprofessional in general, unlocked the door and then locked it behind her and kept the lights off. It was 6:45. We had no choice but to sit and wait until 7:00 (I had paid help standing around doing nothing beginning at 7 because I had no truck. So the employee finally opens the door and we tell her what has happened and she rudely informs us that the truck is parked down the road in their Auxillary lot (as if we should know that). She questioned what I said about the check in giving no instructions and I showed her my phone. She said that since she saw us sitting out there (while the door was locked), she checked to see and our truck was parked down the road. She then told me that my dad (who was the driver) needed to go outside because only one person is allowed inside. We told her we drove together, came in together, and he wasn't leaving. She finally said she was going to print the reservation. By this time I was very upset. She handed me a card with a code in it and told us to drive to the other lot. So we drove up the road looking for it. There was absolutely no signage and we finally saw a truck sitting by itself in a driveway next to an unmarked building. Had it been dark we never would have found it. So about 8:30 we get a text telling us the truck is due back at 4:00pm instead of the next morning. This location has no local phone number they give out so I had to call the main UHaul number. Three calls later, after being on hold for ten minutes or so each time and then being disconnected, I still had not been able to talk to a person. I finally gave up. We thought we might be able to finish in time. So we top off the gas and take it back to the store. The same employee from the morning was talking to someone in a pickup truck. There was barely enough space to park the truck because there was another empty truck in front of it. The employ quit talking, that driver of the pickup drove off. The employee walked away and completely ignored us. I was in the car waiting for my dad And I unrolled the window and asked if she could help us. She yelled something unintelligible due to road noise and made no effort to even look our direction. My dad got out of the truck
We rented a storage unit and it was so clean. We brought supplies to clean before we moved items in but did not have to. They do a great job maintaining this location. I would highly recommend them.
I waited an hour and finally got out of there after an hour and a half. 2 people were in front of me when I arrived. Absolutely ridiculous.
Van had animal hair in the seats. Not a terrible experience but van was NOT clean!
The manager inside yelled â€œcity regsâ€ several times when we tried to walk in. It is not a city regulation to have only one in the office. Be er again will i go there.
Ian (the Manager) was great to work with on this truck rental. I would definitely recommend this location for truck rental services.
Easy pick up and return. Truck had nice cold A/C on a hot moving day.
The gentlemen I dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment. It was a pleasure doing business there. I will use this location for all my rental needs
Have more than one person on staff on June 1st guys. Don't leave one dude out to dry like that.
