The location was great, and the people were super nice. Sadly, your system is not so great. The keys would not come out of the ignition without a great deal of wiggling, jiggling and fuss. Uhaul keys are NOT supposed to immitate Jello. When we tried to get some help, all we could find was the phone number to wherever the Uhaul call center is. We could not find a number for the local Uhaul place. As we were 3 blocks away, that was incredibly frustrating! The woman that we spoke to at the Uhaul call center was very nice, but she either could not give out the local Uhaul number, didn't know how to find the number for the local Uhaul center, or she flat out did not know what we were asking. It was hard to tell which one of those was true, and it was extremely frustrating. On a positive note, we ended up having to extend our use of the Uhaul. This was not a problem and it worked out very well. We just went to the local Uhaul center to do this. It just was not worth the hassle of dealing with the Uhaul call center (please make your call center run a bit better!). We put all of 18 miles on the Uhaul, so I cannot say if it would perform well on a long trip. It did exactly what we needed on this short trip.The key was always a hassle. Also the air conditioner did not work well. It blew lukewarm air at us, but no cool air. It is quite hot and we were working hard, so air conditioning would have been nice. Sadly, we had to go into the new apartment and turn on the a/c to get any relief from the heat.

I have used Uhaul before but I will NEVER use this company again. I rented a truck one way and it had a half tank of gas and when I took the truck back I made sure that it had half tank of gas, and the company is charging me $57.00 for gas when I only drove 54 miles, that is highway robbery. They must be hurting for money if they rob their customers this way. This is poor businessmanship. People beware of getting robbed of your hard earn money,

On the web site it had one quote, when I arrived at the site the price was higher. When I showed the associate the price on the site he could of cared less. Was told he was charging what his app stated., nothing he could do. Didn't even try. If I would of had the time or choice would not have gone with uhaul.

We were told when we picked up the truck and auto transport that we were not to touch the auto transport or the car on it until we were done with it. Why were we then charged an additional $10 to have the uhaul employees take my car off the transport at this location when we were told in Lansing that the employees would help us. This doesn’t make any sense

Forgive me for I have forgotten names. The first two people (a man and a woman) that we spoke with there were absolutely amazing. Very helpful and informative. The truck we wanted was ready when we needed it, clean, and surprisingly nice to drive for 4.5 hours. However, I can't give 5 stars because the lady that I spoke with over the phone when trying to return my truck was horrible. U-Haul had given me a return location at a company that no longer has U-Haul trucks. When I called the company to drop it off, they told me that they no longer work with U-Haul. I left the truck on 8/4/19 the night before it was due because I didn't have anyone who could pick me up if I tried to drop it off the next day. I took the keys with me and called Stillwater North the morning of 8/5/19 to figure out where the miscommunication came from. The lady who answered was rude, refused to listen to what I was saying, kept insisting that the drop off location in my contract was correct because she "spoke with the district manager." She also tried to threaten me with added fees for having to call a locksmith because I had not turned the keys in yet (2 hours before it was due). Overall, this seems to be a great location but whoever this lady is - I hope she no longer has access to work directly with customers.

Everything was great. Employee Steven is awesome! He offered water as soon as I walked in on that hot Oklahoma summer day. Also, I couldn't remember if I had locked my vehicle after picking up the van; I called the store and he double-checked it for me. Great service!
