The person who rented the truck was unhelpful. There was no place to park. The billing was not explained to me. The provider of the truck lied to me regarding the process. It was awful I will never go back and let everyone know how awful it wasMICHAEL C.

This was the worst experience imaginable. I have called numerous times to correct my overcharging and nobody has bothered about calling back. The van was filthy and I reported this to you guys. The guy who checked me out the van was rude and my personal vehicle was put at risk because I was told not to park it on the site. I was told to park at McDonald's or Denny's across the street. Who does that? I was charged a cleaning fee on self check out because I reported the car filthy when I got it filthy. With Covid going around this is unacceptable. I gave you time to try to correct my issues. I will call again because I want my money. You have lost a customer.MICHELLE L.
Arrived at location at the designated pick-up time. The person managing the shop couldn't find the keys to the rental van, and spent forty minutes looking for them before giving up and offering me a box truck. While I was waiting, another customer came to pick up a rental, and was told that they "hadn't had a chance to clean it yet, so go check and make sure it's okay", which is pretty terrible, but absolutely UNACCEPTABLE in the middle of a pandemic. That customer decided to leave and rent from someone else. Suffice to say, I will NEVER be coming back to this place.Kyle M.
Location was great. Pick up and drop off was easy. The van was pretty dirty, inside and out. Otherwise the van ran great and was perfect for our needs. I would rent here again.ROBERT M.
The windshield was dirty & I'm not even sure the truck was cleaned or sanitized. Due to the Pandemic are the vehicles suppose to be sanitized, nothing was mentioned to us. We swept out the back of the truck prior to retuning it & there was dirt, dust & a Q-tip in it from a previous renter. It was obvious this truck was due for maintenance, it sounded like it needed a tune-up, fortunately our rental was local & we only needed it for 3-1/2 hours.ROBIN J.

The owners of this rental place were not very cautious of the covid19 guidelines they were mask less upon entry, didn't practice social distancing and had family and friends coming in and out of their business without masks and not social distancing. I don't think they sanitize their vehicles because when I got into my rental there was some small trash in the floor and I don't think they actually inspect their rentals after each use let alone clean them. I reserved a 8 pick up truck, when arrived at this location, there was nothing there. Agent asked to wait, I said I couldn't, because I already had plan the schedule for that day. There was only a 10 box truck left that I ended renting and paying more. Uhaul never apologize for the time they made waste here . They should keep better control of their vehicles inventory. Not having a vehicle there that was reserved days ago, is bad business.LUIS A.

This truck had graffiti on the side. Incredibly embarrassing. I moved into my new house with new neighbors looking like I came from the hood. TO make matters worse, it only had 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up. I will NEVER EVER EVER rent from Uhaul again. It was the worst moving experience of my life.Trenton I.

Note: The vehicle appeared to be fine upon pickup. However when I got to my house and opened the box door to check if it was clean, the deck appeared to be wet. (Which seemed strange but thd vehicle was parked at an angle tail higher than front of the vehicle, so I thought it was just rain running down hill from the outside exposed edge of the box deck to the inside of the box deck). There was no visible damage inside the roof of the box. In the morning before leaving for the moving site, I opened the box door again during a rain storm to check it and water was pouring into the box front right corner & there was a pool of water on the deck. We determined that the vehicle had been slightly (almost imperceptibly) damaged on the box roof at some time in the past from striking an over hang which broke the box seal. Unless it was raining, you could not tell as it obviously would not be leaking. NOTE: I did not damage the vehicle in any way. This occurred some time in the past by another renter. Due to the time of the move it was not possible to go back and swap the vehicle prior to the move as we needed to be on-site with the vehicle before the Uhaul vehicle provider was open. We swept the water out the box then traveled to the moving site. Covered the deck with absorptive blankets, loaded the vehicle covered the contents with tarps inside the box and traveled to the destination. (2) mattresses were wet upon arrival. The mattresses were dried by hand.Jerry M.
