I just used this uhaul to store furniture while my hardwood floors were getting done.thought if I returned it before my 7 days were up they would knock some money off of the price and they didnt.wasnt happy about that at all.then charged me $98.00 for insurance that when I saw on my text that I got when I reserved th uhaul they didn't say anything about 98.00.on top of that I had to call again because I wanted a 20ft and they said I was getting a 15ft. I got the 20 ft but they texted me and told me the price and never said it was going to be higher than the price they told me of 214.00 plus miles. Not very happy at all
