The directions for mobile check in and return are not good. Even though explicit directions were followed I still had to call for help. Also the keys are too big for the key return box which made a real problem returning the key

Don't use U-Haul: customer service was very condescending, not helpful- long wait to talk to anybody- if you select the call back option, they call u back to keep you waiting for another 30 minutes. Truck had barely any fuel in. Location of drop off was not the same as the one on the app, had to drive elsewhere. Overall horrible experience, will not use U-Haul again
