Directions need to be improved as you don't go into the store for the keys, it's next to the car wash...
Everything went as it should. Do not use online reservations call the location. Inventory levels do not match.
The office(?) was hard to find. It would have been helpful to know it was in the back of the car wash building.
When someone reserves a truck "do not" tell them the day before that the truck you ordered is not there. You could pick the one you ordered 30 miles away or get a smaller one. Uhaul did make good... the gave me a smaller truck for a couple extra days, no extra charge, for the same price and a different drop off location
Make it easier to find, it's a lot behind the gas station hard to find
I have used this location 3 times in the last 3 months. The vehicles are clean and well maintained and checking in and out is a breeze.

I rented a hand dolly and there wasn't one available. I was told that I would be given an furniture dolly and didn't get one, Yet I was charged the 7.00. when asked for a refund I was told that they could not refund the 7.00
They charged me more than what I was supposed to buy.They told me I need to pay $0.99/mile but they charge me $1.19/mile.They are not professional and I don't recommend to any of my friend
I was informed 2 days before pickup that a truck was unavailable at my preferred location. I was told I now had to drive half an hour away as there were no closer uhaul locations. Okay fine. I get there for a 9am pickup and there was no employee on site. There were 2 other people there waiting to get equipment as well. Finally someone showed up at 9:15 to open the location. Once I was actually seen the pickup went quickly enough.
Cut back thorn bushes from where you pick up the vehicle. My wife ended up with a thorn in her foot when trying to mark damages on the vehicle
Truck was dirty, covered in splattered bugs including the windshield, cab smelled like smoke.

I got to my place to load the truck, opened it to find it was very dirty with grass and straw and dirt, and was filled with dirty, grass-covered moving blankets. 23 of them to be exact. I had to unload them all, load the truck, load them back on, drive to the new place, unload them unload the truck, load them all back on to return the truck. I was covered with dirt, grass and straw. I was extremely unhappy.
Have all the equipment that has been reserved, days in advance, on site and ready for pickup.

The young staff member was not trained (not his fault as he was clearly new)and had a terrible time getting the system to work. There was another customer who had been there for an hour prior to me arriving. When I got there, I was there for an hour. They were not able to use the reservation and had to start a new one. The information was not put in the system correctly and while in the middle of moving they called and changed my drop off location to place 30 miles from where I wanted it. I had to call the customer service line multiple times to get credit for miles that were promised to me, and to get the drop off location switched BACK to where I selected.
I will not ever recommend this U-Haul location. Very very poor customer service coming most especially from the Manager. He was rude from the moment I called in to confirm my reservation that's was transferred to this U-Haul location!
I have rented from Uhaul several times. This was awful. The guaranteed reservation for the tow dolly was a joke. The first email confirmation sent me to a dealer several miles away, only to be told by the clerk that it was gone and I'd have to get it from another dealer who ended up being nearly 30 miles away. When I arrived at the second Uhaul location i found a small muddy lot with no one around. Finely a young man came out of a garden type shed and waved me over. I said I was there to pick up the tow dolly. He said it was reserved by someone else, but since I was there and they weren't I could have it. He then proceeded to attempt to complete the paperwork. He had really no idea how to do it. He didn't even know how to log onto the computer. He had to walk to the gas station to ask a question a couple times and was on the phone getting guidance for the entire time. I waited 40 minutes for him to complete the paperwork. I was the only customer there. He gave me the paper contract finely. I signed a copy and he said keep it. I told him don't you need the signed copy? He said he didn't really care one way or the other and said I could go. It was raining and he didn't help hook up the tow dolly or check the trailer lights or anything. I have a disability and needed help, but had to do it all myself. He offered no instruction about how to use it safely either. When I returned the tow dolly there was no one there again. It was raining and I had to unhook it myself. When I was driving away a different young man asked me my name from the same shed and said I could go. Untrained workers, no service, muddy lot, no help, 60 miles out of the way, nearly 3 hours of time due to this poorly run location. Its too bad the guaranteed reservation didnt work as promised. It seems the equipment goes to whom is standing in the door, not the one it's promised too... You have some work to do to win me back as a customer.
