I was charged for an extra 281 miles that I did not do. My whole trip was about 315 miles in total. Not sure what kind of business this place is running and I never had issues with Uhaul. I handed the keys off to a sales person who said he was new and didn't know the process of returning the Uhaul. I would not recommend this Uhaul location.Nayone M.

took forever after I already had a reservation- truck was dirty and smelled bad . The app wouldn't work and person couldn't help much at all. Not easy to just pick up a truck No one told me about the 28 chargeChristopher B.

We rented on a Saturday, which is the most expensive day of the week which indicates to me that it is the highest demand. NOT having the uhaul desk in this shop staffed on the weekend is a bad customer service decision. Using the smart phone to check out and in is not convenient and is more than irritating, and takes 3 times as long as it would for a human to do it. You are making the customers do work of staff you aren't paying and not reducing our price and I won't be returning. The truck had no exterior damage but there's no place to document at the beginning of trip that there was damage to the drivers seat, trash left in it by others, including a comb and face mask, which forced us to clean these up before taking drop off photos. If you make us jump thru all the hoops, why didn't we get a clean truck to begin with? I'm not at all pleased. And for what the cost of these rentals is now, I expect better.charles C.
