the guy that helped me was vague at best when helping me, gave me wrong prices..was kinda rude when i asked questions.also he didnt hook up the trailor he asked me if i could..which i can.he wanted to see it when i was done.well i had the chains twisted as to not drag along the gound..he un twisted them. i didnt inspect it before i left and about 2 hours down the road someone flagged me over to tell me it was sparking.

I was not happy with Uhaul experience, I had scheduled a 15 foot truck 30 days prior to pick up. They day before pick up I did not receive a phone call, they also did not have the truck ready for pick up. I had to scramble to get a truck at the last minute at a closer location. Uhaul told me it would not be possible to get a truck at a closer location. I called Uhaul on the phone and they told me they would give me extra mileage and time. I didn’t had to drop it off at a location far away from where I was wanting to, adding extra mileage. The lady at the drop off location in Belfair fixed the problem of Uhaul trying to charge me for an extra day because I was late dropping it off from the original schedule. What a disaster, I had to leave behind a new washer and dryer front loaders to be given away and I was not pleased, and I’m still not pleased!

I was driving one way to Cal from WA. I would have liked to have been reassured that the oil, water, etc had been checked, tires ok. As a woman going on my own, and driving through mountains, it would have been helpful. I did ask the attendant, and he sort of brushed me off. As it was I ended up making a phone call once I got down farther in my journey. The truck was perfectly clean.

Worst experience we have ever had with Uhaul! Our pick up location and time was changed without a call or text as requested! The only reason we knew about it on the morning of our move was an email that had been sent to a rarely checked email. when we called to get more information customer service was totally unhelpful and said we would need to speak to a manager! We waited 2 hours to speak to a manager only to be told a truck was available at our originally requested time but since we had to wait for a manager to tell us that we lost our help because of the 2 hour delay! Ridiculous, you cannot change time and locations on people without at least speaking to them, completely unacceptable, so glad we will not need your services again!!

When I went to pick up the trailer the lady had to stop what she was doing with me several differant times to handle other customers in the store. Nobody helped me hook up the trailer or bothered to help me check the lighting. I have been renting a trailer from you haul for many years and have never been asked for a secondary contact person. It was rediculious. I will be avoiding this location as often as possible.

Too busy of a business for one man to handle. He had to keep leaving me (a customer) to go ring up other people at another register. I felt bad for him because he was trying so hard, but I needed to get going so I could do my loading. And I only get to have the UHaul for so long.

The truck had a heavy stale cigarette smoke smell, guess you’d have to use ozone or something to get that out. Otherwise, great service, very convenient. I will be back next time we need a truck.

I have no problem with this location. What I do have a.problem with is U Haul the company. U Haul not only changed my location of the pickup but also changed my rental vehicle. I had a reservation for a 15 ft truck in Stanwood WA and was told my reservation had changed to a CARGO VAN in Camano Island WA. I was not upset as much with the location changel as I was with the vehicle change The only notice I received was a text message informing me of the change of location not the vehicle change. No phone call was made to us and no notice of the change in trucks was ever given this is unacceptable when I go online and am given a reservation for the truck I request. What is the point of a reservation?? After speaking to customer service, which by the way was terrible, the woman was not only rude but offered no apology. I was moving a house of furniture, and I was told I now have a cargo van? Very disappointed in UHaul and Inwas told by customer service that this happens and I should have read my reservation when I booked it. Again. What is the point of a reservation if U Haul cannot guarentee me the truck I reserve?

Get your act together at the national level. I miss the days of working directly with the local outlets. The national experience was not good and I got mixed information and incomplete information.

The location sharing duties with a gas station had only one employee to service both the gas station and the uhaul services so the check out was more lengthy than a dedicated uhaul or storage location.

I am waiting for a Manager call about my complaint against the other location, of my original reservation - Stanwood /Camano. They were TERRIBLE! This location where I actually rented, was great!

This experience was bad when I picked up and dropped off the trailer. The attendant was on her phone and did not acknowledge me when I entered. After checking out, I went outside to get the oldest trailer on the lot. Every other trailer was in better condition. I hooked up my own trailer and tested the lights. After waiting 30 minutes for her to come out and check the lights, I looked in the window and she was back on that personal call, so I drove off. The return of the trailer was pretty much the same. "Let's ignore the customer and assume they will return."

24 hour drop off location was a mini mart. Person there was helpful in that they had my name and information. They pointed to a spot to drop the trailer. Didn't come out to checked the condition of the trailer or watch me unhook it. Felt like a self service operation, but maybe that is how it is supposed to be.
