What we wanted was not what we got. They took forever to help us.and he had to keep going to another uhaul to get parts he was missing . When tried returning the equipment because it did not work for me (as i mentioned before not what wanted) i had to go to three different locations .each location would give me a different address of where to retur ln. I was traveling in a different state that i did not know where i was heading most of the time and made me waste time. I tried calling for help ti the main number where a rude associate got me nowhere. Never agian! I thought renting from you would make my trup easier for me ..not the case made everything harder and waste time from begining to end.

When I arrived a non-employee was sitting in a chair smoking a hookah pipe. He asked me what I needed. When I said I reserved a uhaul he told me to wait and found a woman to assist me. She invited me to sit down near the man whi continued to smoke. She conducted business as usual. After about five minutes the gentleman blew a puff of smoke in my face. I fanned it back at him and he apologized. She said nothing and continued to process the paperwork. When I retured, the hookah smoker was absent but her customer service was horrendous as she said nothing, didn't smile, didn't ask any questions or thank me for my business.

The pickup confirmation call from this location only confirmed the time, not that I'd have to go to a different place than requested, so I ended up going to the wrong place first (where they treated me like I was stupid for not psychically knowing they didn't have the truck I needed), then had to drive somewhere much farther away. At the correct location, the pickup took almost 30 minutes while they tried to figure it out on the computer, then my order didn't list the furniture pads I requested online so I had to wait while they looked for some. They didn't have enough so I only got 3 and was told I'd need to pay cash so they wouldn't have to go through a long process again. They suggested I go to a third location, even farther away, for more. Overall frustrating and a waste of time. My past experiences with U-Haul have always been quick and easy and professional, so I don't know why this one was such a pain.

Terrible service. Not professional. Did not let me keep my rental for 24 hours. Waited 2 1/2 hours to get keys. I had to telephone the main customer service for u haul, while sitting in there's office to complete my paper work. Then they could not print my documents to sign. This took 2 1/2 hours. Finally they let me take the truck. But never signed documents. Gives u haul a bad reputation.

I originally chose the Westminster location because of great ratings on your website. However, at the last minute, my location was changed and I was directed to pick up my truck here. That in itself angered me, as I specifically chose Westminster because of the positive ratings. I arrived at the Stanton location and it was crowded with cars, leaving no place to park, I could not find the manager for about 15 minutes, leaving me to walk around the site aimlessly. The truck itself was filthy with cigarette butts in the ashtray, a random shirt in the cab, a dirty floor in the back, and graffiti on the side. The dollies we rented were also filthy, as they were being used in the shop and taken from there after the manager told us he did not have the two dollies we ordered. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience with UHaul as a whole and will result in using a different company for our next move.

I had to wait for the owner to arrive, he couldn't get the dirty laptop to work correctly, and was asked twice to print a receipt. Dirty workshop with little to no supplies. All the paperwork received was for the wrong equipment and insurance I ordered.

Attendant did not speak English, And he took pictures of my id and credit card with his cell phone. This should not be necessary for the transaction!!! Not impressed at all. There is no way I would go back to this location.

The gentleman was nice and polite but was 15 to 20 minutes late opening his shop. The location I was sent to two hours prior in Santa Ana off Main Street, gave my truck to someone else. The whole morning was a hassle and I lost 2 1/2 hours of daylight as well as 2 to 4 people who were planning to help.

This was an auto repair shop that was filthy. The staff was perfectly cordial and efficient but it wasn't a nice place to be.

No parking space. Front yard are full of cars coz they share also space with a car repair shop. Worst is they didnt issue a copy after we returned the truck. When they sent the receipt thru email, there were a lot of questionable charges. Mileage used was incorrect, they charge us 19.95/hr, plus fuel that we didnt use. I will never go to this place again and i woudnt recomment it either.

Attendent who did contract was very efficent and helpful. They need to check the equipment closer when it is checked in .I had a cut in the right rear out side tire and ithought it was just low. U haul service was very Efficent gettjng it fixed service had it fixed in less than an hour. from time of call to tire installed

When a rep gives you a rate on our u-haul reservation make are when you get to the u-haul place it jives with the dealer. It's NOT professional when your told one thing and the day of the move the price is $25 different!
