When I arrived, the online pickup service advised I had to contact the location to get access to the keys. Finally got to connect with a rep on the phone who gave me instructions to gain access to the key box. Once I was able to get into the box, there were no keys. Had to contact the rep again, who informed me that the keys were still in the key drop box from the previous client. Finally got the keys, and left the office about 45mins later. It was a snowy, wet day, no windshield washer fluid, had to stop and take care of that. Before I managed to get to the location to pickup up my furniture, it was too late, and I ended up having to pay to keep the truck longer than expected. The guys at the pickup location were very decent about the whole situation, but it still left me delayed and higher cost than I had budgeted.

JASON P.We did not realize this was a 24 hour location without assistance from a live person. When we called Pitt Crew location to advise we were running a little late we were advised that they do not have anything to do with the pick ups and would have to create an account and do online. When speaking to an agent on the phone when we booked there was not indication this was the type of service we would have. I learned after that we had to download the APP . The App would not accept the drivers picture. Nobody would come to the door of the location to help. Was an hour + in the lot trying to figure out the process. Finally called the provincial Manager Chris who gave us the code for the lock box. Then the code or lock would not work. Another half an hour went by. Chris then managed to get someone from Pitt Crew to come out to help. Was a frustrating process and will definitely NOT use the 24 hours self check in again.
Ralph P.I had trouble picking up my vehicle using the online pick up. However, after making a couple phone calls I was able to resolve the issue. I received phenomenal customer service by Leonard and Chris. My move was not due to positive circumstances so I'm very thankful the people I spoke with were so kind and understanding. I certainly needed it that day. Thanks
