Did not receive the vehicle asked for at the location expected due to computer system changing locations during editing reservation. Did not receive the equipment that was reserved. Never received any follow up after identifying issues.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkEquipment was not accessible when we got .there. Took 45 minutes to get a vehicle (not the original). On return the staff watched while we struggled to get the lock properly on the truck. Their response was "Uhaul's problem".
Steve CRudest and laziest service EVER. I have all the messages between location and I and beyond rude and ignorant !! I need to rent a trailer from UHAUL in June but now second guessing your company as the choice!
Kimberly NIdid not receive furniture covers i ordered. I wasn't given a receipt so not sure what I was charged for, appears to be about 35 more than should have been. The store owners gave poor service. Late start and grumpy. Good location though
Chris JI didn’t open the back of the truck until I got home but it was really dirty, something sticky and wet had been spilled, and it made the truck smell like sour milk. We had to wear masks when we were inside and there was so much dirt, like much more than from a typical mover. We had to sweep it all out before placing items inside. Also, the dolly was not in the truck ahead of time and it was an online pick up.
