Poor Customer Service!
COMPUTER REGISRATION TOOK LONGER THAN I EXPECTED
The wait time for using the website to pick up the truck was time consuming. I would recommend less steps during the pick up process, and maybe more when initially renting the vehicle. Great location, facility and idea.
The owner was very helpful and considerate. He noticed that a tire may have been low and checked the tire pressure in all the tires. One of them was significantly low and could have caused us to have a blowout, had he not checked and added air. Also, he offered his help, if we needed it, loading our car onto the trailer. All in all, I would not only use this haul center again, but I would definitely recommend it to others.
Kind and friendly gentleman that helped us out. Gave tips and pointers on operating the equipment and towing trailers in general. Will be using this location for all our future uhaul needs.
Commuters were not working, tried to register and bring back by my phone. Would be excellent if everything was working. When I brought back, my phone after I went through the 4 steps to bring back from the app, kept saying Uhaul made a mistake and I should try again later. I kept trying to do those steps and kept getting the error message. I finally just gave keys back to the location manager in Springville, UT, where the computers were not working. I kept pictures of everything about miles and gas to show if it did not go through through the app. We left with extra gas put in, clean, with no damages. I have the miles via camera from phone. If any questions, I will be glad to send in my pictures of before and after. The actually ability to do this on your phone was a good idea, but the app and the software, needs improvement to not make it difficult and time consuming to bring truck back. We brought back in same condition as taken. The owner was laid back and just took the keys. I did not worry because, I had pictures. I have not seen my receipt yet. Please call if they want pictures or anything.
I love Uhaul customer service but this specific place the owner was horrible. I asked to extend it if possible my rental, I had called the uhaul customer service. I ws told yes I could and that was all. The next day the owner Alex calls me yelling at me telling me I need to return it at the time I had said before, even though the extension was done, that he was going to impound me, charge me and I'd be in trouble. He was so unprofessional and pretty much told me if I didn't have any idea about how Uhaul works I needed to stop making my own rules, which I never did, the "extension" was coming from a Uhaul agent. Well i asked him if he didn't communicate with Uhaul itself and he said he didn't care what Uhaul said or thought, he was his own boss and he made the rules, then rudely said bring it back at 2:10 and that's that and hung up on me. I am very disappointed with this experience, moving is already so stressful that renting a truck shouldn't have to add another stressful thing to it. I dont think someone like that should be representing Uhaul with that attitude and arrogance. Thank you

Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this UHaul dealer. Alec was very helpful a great to work with. Fleming Storage was a fabulous place to store our belongings in between moves. Very Clean and secure Business and a pleasure to work with.
He was very polite, helpful and friendly.

The man running it was kind but not very organized. I checked in using the truck sure app but the keys were never placed somewhere that I could get to them. I had to wait 30 minutes for him to get to the office because he was running late and instead of getting me the keys after I told him I checked in using the truck share apps than had to wait another 30 minutes because he was confused and couldn't ding my reservation and than after calling uhaul realized I had already checked in to pick up my truck did he listen and get me the keys so I could get on my way. It was just frustrating because I had people waiting to help me move and I wasn't planning on being held up for so long just to pick up my truck ..... also he never gave me the dolly I paid for so after moving everything into the truck I had to call uhaul and get everything squared away so I wouldn't get charged for a missing dolly that I never received
Be clear about checking in on your phone. I was told to have it back by 3 and put the keys in box. Nothing about having to check it in myself after hours until I got a text reminder.
The guy was great, he wasn't even suppose to be in that day but he had come in just to help us which we really appreciated.
We were transferred to 3 different stores even through we had a reservation. B/c of this our movers weren't able to help, and we had to do the move with just the two of us. Worst experience with Uhaul ever. I even went into the 1st Uhaul location ( Uhaul Store at Bulldog in Provo) that we choose on the reservation and asked them to confirm the reservation. They said everything was setup, but then gave away our trailer and acted like we were the ones who showed up to the wrong location. Then sent us to another store that didn't even have the right equipment, so we had to drive 20 min to the Fleming Storage where we had to wait for them to open which was 30 min. The gentleman was very nice, but our order was messed up because of the Bulldog location who added two extra days on our account and charged us which we didn't ask for, so we paid for two extra days and have asked 2 different people to refund the money. Really a terrible experience. Why did I even bother making a reservation it would of been cheaper to just walk in.
The phone number for the Springville U-Haul did not work. I called the 800 number and the person from U-Haul also called and could not get through. When I asked what I could do the reply was nothing. I had to make another trip back yo the Springville U-Haul to confirm everything was ok with the truck that I had returned the evening before. It was 4PM and no one was there. A person who worked next door told me to call him on his cell phone. I did and he did answer and said the truck was fine. When I brought up the number did not work that was on the web site and with U-Haul headquarters he shrugged it off and said he had done U-Haul for 25 years and there is no problem. Well there is a problem and please contact this location to get a number that works for your records and for your clients.
