The truck needed the transmission serviced or adjusted it ran so hard and shifting was rough. I have driven other uhauls before without such issues

Couldn’t get help, no one was there. She didn’t give me the pads that I paid for and didn’t refund me because she didn’t answer the phone. Returning the U-Haul was nearly impossible since I didn’t have much WiFi to report it, I was there for almost an hour trying to return it, yet there was no person there to help me and no one answering the phone.
Melissa EThe truck has trash in it that I did not know about and I got charged. I was also read u had 66 miles before I got charged and ended up receiving only 38 miles. I had huge issues with the first truck I rented, was compensated for my fuel but still had 3 hours less of my day. I had issues getting communications between me and customer service. I do understand it was a Sunday, but still. I appreciate what was done, but I do not think I'll rent again.
CHRISTOPHER SThe truck was/is out of alignment. I had to keep the steering wheel to the left as anytime I had the steering wheel straight, the truck would veer off to the right. I almost hit a vehicle several times because of this. I couldn't go above 55 mph on my trip from Springfield to Kansas City. The speed limit is 65-70 most of the trip with exception to driving through Clinton, Mo. I called about an hour and an half into the trip when I realized the truck was out of alignment and all I got was “We’re sorry to hear that. Please bring the truck back and we’ll get you into a different one tomorrow.” How does that help me when I’m already 1/3 of the way into my trip? I wasted so much gas and time with this truck and I was still charged the same amount. To be honest, I’m not please with Uhual.
Jason rYou guys need to make your user interface a bit more customer friendly. Maybe a better overview of the process would be beneficial. You asked about the mileage and gas level before giving the key code. You kind of put the cart in front of the horse here.
