Super friendly and helpful attendant. This was only the second time I towed and he pointed out the ball was the smallest U Haul allows. This was not mentioned the first time I rented and explains the looseness I felt towing.JAMES W.
Overall good experience. I did have to clean out the 5x8 trailer of dirt and small debris before use though. I had to purchase a 2 inch ball and necessary wrench at a nearby AutoZone because I had a 2 5/8 ball.ROBERT M.
I tried to take the truck back to the location on Sunday afternoon and several people weee blocking the entrance. I waited and waited for them to get out of the way and I left it about 100 feet away from the return location in a large easy access parking lot and they charged me an extra day tacking in an extra $58. When I returned the truck on a Saturday, someone met me in the parking lot immediately, in the rain, to assist with the return. Very good customer service experience. Took less than 5 minutes to return.KIMBERLY E.
I received the oldest worse truck of the fleet (I feel since it was once way & they wanted to get rid of it). The driver side seat belt was broken so that even when it was latched it still dinged like it wasn't & the interior dome light was burned out.). The back was not swept or cleaned out when I opened it up & I had to clean it or I would've been charged for the mess. I was not happy with the rental or the rental place.DAVID H.

The business was closed at the time I was supposed to pick up the truck. A sign on the door said they were out of the office and listed a phone number. Nobody answered the number. Called UHaul roadside assistance who connected me to someone who walked me through an online reservation of another truck. It was extremely annoying and inconvenient, and made me late for an appointment.Stephen L.
Location didn't have hitches for purchase, nor did they have furniture blankets for-rent in stock, thus requiring me to go buy a hitch elsewhere and then separately go to another Uhaul location to pick up blankets.Todd W.

The truck ran poorly and had a taillight out. I had to drive across town to pick up the dolly I reserved a few days prior to the move date. Then I was told that I could drop the truck off in the town I was moving to but found out when I went to do so that I would have to pay an extra fee to do so. I had to drive the truck the 45 or so extra miles to return it to the original place. I'm not happy at all with this rental experience and I'm never renting from this place again.JULIA H.
