RODELIAH P.This is the second time within the last two weeks my reservation was changed at the last minute and I was forced to go to the Gosling location. Each of them two times, the nice lady seemed to be confused on how to check out the rental. Each time she had to call someone that seemed to be the manager. Looks to me there is a training problem. On top of that, the van that was reserved for me was filthy dirty. The windshield has not been cleaned at all. This is quit dangerous at night. Cargo space is duty with loose dirt. Exterior running boards have red dirt/clay accumulated. This van has not seen a car wash
