Tried to get us to take a rental without checking for/notating any damage; got attitude when I insisted on checking the rental before we left.

Radiator light came on as soon as I drove away. I returned and they claimed they had checked the light and there was no problem. When I insisted, they opened the hood and I saw that the antifreeze reservoir looked empty. So the man filled it with straight water until it overflowed. He went over the full line and also did not add antifreeze. He then told me the light was faulty.
