Easy drop off, hard to get a signal to get on line to use the app.
Richard HDue to my original pick-up location, (The Mailing Spot, 19179 Blanco Rd Ste 105 San Antonio, TX 78258), being changed due to a UHAUL truck not available, I was required to drive to Spring Branch TX. My pick-up location drive went from 10 minutes to 35 minutes each way. The new location didn't have a utility dolly or the furniture blankets I requested on line and paid for. I was required to find another location on my own that required additional driving. It was an unpleasant day due to my tight schedule becoming impossible to navigate without being late.
