It would be nice to have a vehicle walk-through. Walk around the vehicle, give the renter some "pointers" as well as show them how to adjust mirrors and such. Assure the renter that the vehicle has been inspected (all lights working, etc, ) and fluids have all been topped off. Would be nice also to offer some accessories on site such as locks, blankets, tie-downs. The process was smooth but not any enthusiasm.

Bigger driveway system. Owner complained about people running over the grass. They would not have that problem. The driveway is smaller than the average entrance for a business. My opinion
LEONARD BGood truck. App check in was a little difficult. I had to line up Google maps to the U-Haul site that was in the middle of a field where had to go behind U-Haul to get the app to start the check in process other than that no problems at all.
Reynolds FMy whole order was screwed up and ended up costing us so much more money and hassle but these two locations were very nice and Friendly.
nicole mThe vehicle we picked up had a bad smell inside the the back and left our furniture smelling badly for hours. Checking in was super confusing but the attendant at Park Meadows Mini Storage was amazing and made sure everything was taken care of.
