Jamie called and harassed me on the road and then argued with me about how many times she called me that I had never received the call, insisting that I just wasn’t answering her calls. Most horrible experience that I’ve had at any business in years. On top of being on the road she asked me for another person‘s phone number so she could harass As if the truck would be returned sooner if she called somebody else. I was clear about how much time I needed for the truck I explained it to her and she still lectured me on what I should have known about U-Haul and the human errors that are possible and continued to blame me for whatever mistake u haul made. Somehow it was my problem because I didn’t see their internal schedule. As if I’m the one who entered the information into u hauls system. she continued to lecture me on what I should have known about U-Haul. I felt like I was needing to give her my information all over again as if I never even made a reservation in the first place so I asked her to call the other store which she wouldn’t do. She acted extremely ridiculous and out of place. I did have one conversation with her on the phone and had to hang up rather than arguing while I’m driving this massive truck. Upon returning The gas tank was filled to the point that it wouldn’t take any more gas and she called me to tell me that the the tick was on the full mark but it was not fully on the full mark so it would be an additional charge. At this point I just wanted Jamie off my back as she again mentioned to me that I was the one that hung up on Her multiple times even though she called me once I had to remind her I did hang up on her ONE time. just a very argumentative individual over items that there is no resolution for because I was on the road. I find it very frustrating that somebody would endanger you on the road for a scheduling problem that was an internal issue.

Employee was great when I arrived to pick up the truck but not so much when I dropped it off. He seemed bothered with me when I dropped it off. The hazard lights did not work on the truck, it smelled like fuel, and the steering whined which I let him know when I dropped it off. Other than that, everything was fine.

I entered the uhaul office 8 minutes before 6pm, before it closed. The office lady was angry that I came in, I could tell it in her huffs and eye rolling. I needed a Uhaul only to move a large sofa, it had began raining and I couldn't use the pick up truck we had. The lady sighed, then shut off all the lights inside. I couldn't see nor hear what she was saying. At one point she snapped at me and I called her on it. She was having me sign papers and I couldn't even see what I was signing, at one point I told her I couldn't see, and she ripped it out of my hand and I had only partially signed my name. I finished the paperwork and was quiet. As I was leaving I asked what her name was, and she replied, "I AM NOT PLAYING YOUR GAME! BYE BYE." she wouldn't even give me her name. It get's worse. I only used the truck for a few hours. Only going a few miles. I had a feeling this lady was going to set me up, therefore I took picts of the truck, the fuel gauge w/times etc. so she couldn't overcharge me or accuse me of wrong doing. My bank statement came in and I was charged $250 for 3 hours of use. I'm FURIOUS.! I've been calling uhaul to dispute and speak to the manager, this lady answers and every time says he's NOT in. I've left voice messages and so forth. I believe she's deleting them. There will be a lawsuit soon!! My account now has gone into unsufficient funds because of the overdraft of this wrongful $250 overcharge. This is fraudulent, unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO THIS UHAUL ON REDWOOD RD. IN SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH.

Do not have the customer run around to different locationsbecause of inaccurate information. And once the equipment is returned verify so the customer does not receive a nasty gram about not returning it. I was assured I would be called back for the final word on my issue but was never contacted. I assume the equipment was marked as returned. I spent way too much time just trying to pick up a reserved dolly.

Better explanation of return of vehicle I did it in middle of night couldn’t take pictures of vehicle, that wasn’t explained to me . I was told to just leave truck on right side of building and keys in orange box . The light in back of truck was very poor did not stay lit for 30 min , as it stated it stayed on 5min at best . So moving in dark was difficult as we were forced to do that day.

You began a new program touted as time saving, you didn’t train your employees, they handed me a piece of paper with a web address and told me it was an APP and I was on my own. The Web site was extremely slow and cumbersome, and after spending fifteen minutes not getting anywhere at all I surrendered as I am sure was the end game so you could fleece me out of an extra twenty dollars similarly to the weekend price hike for mileage. When will big business learn, you guys will be sued for this fiasco you’re pushing. Needless to say you’ve lost me as a customer after renting twice in a week, i compelled to warm all my friends and family thru social media. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that the human being employed by you attempted to help but it was obvious he had his marching orders to allow me to flounder, he is your ONLY shining light in this debacle. This is a fail at the highest level of your corporation, maybe you should research Sears, Penny’s and the other corporation nightmares they didn’t learn until it was too late either. Your former customer!

The new checking back in the truck rental system blows bad... It required me to create a login and password... that is a joke... and then the location services on the uhaul app/website were not working properly.. I will think twice before I rent again... No one should have to create a username and password just to rent a moving truck.... its too bad because the customer service on location was perfection

I prefer dealing with caring managers like at Towne Storage for check in/check out. Asking customers to take photos to document the condition of the truck is a reduction of customer service and a huge inconvenience to the customer. The hyperlinks sent to my phone did not work properly, so this further added to the frustration.
