The location was adequate, at best. Importantly, the van was EXTREMELY DANGEROUS as there were no snow tires on the vehicle and no one told us!!! Bad bad bad... Shame on the experience.

Well I was hoping for the self pickup but that was a disaster the store owner was not familiar with it , no fault of his, and when I was sending pics of the. Odometor and it kept telling me to take a more recent pic And that's the story

The drop off location was hard to find as it was in a shopping plaza. The drop off was also quite disorganized.

My experience was a disaster. I arrived on time and left 1 hour later. Hard to believe you are profitable other than your very high costs. If I never rented from you I would say it made some sense but I have rented many times over from you. Thank God for your CSR. She was great. The rest of the experience was an F!!!

Agent was extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. I was in and out quickly and he gave me easy instructions for use and drop-off.

The service was very good and the van drove well. The problem was that the back doors were broken and the man said he couldn't fix them. I couldn't get my largest items in the side doors so I had to spend an extra $75 to get someone to deliver them. I would like to be reimbursed for that $75 if possible. Thank you, J Smith

Back of van had small puzzle pieces left from previous renter. Did not look like back was swept/cleaned. Not a big deal but I didn't want to take a chance that they would charge me a cleaning fee so I cleaned it up myself before returning.

I booked the equipment online with a planned pick-up for 8:00 AM on Saturday, April 29. I received 2 emails from UHaul over 2 weeks confirming the pick-up time and date. When I arrived at 8:00 AM I found that the location didn't even open until 10:00 AM. Phone calls to the UHaul offices could do nothing to move the pick-up time up to the original 8:00. I was forced to return to the location 2 hours later - at 10:00 AM. The attendant in the location was not apologetic, or even concerned, that this miscommunication had occurred. While it was only 2 hours, it did require me to make 2 trips to the location and to re-structure my day with the equipment.
