Rented a moving truck and reserved a storage unit together. Grabbing the rental was easy but when it came to getting into my storage unit it was a disaster. I was on the phone for 2 hours just to be told I couldn't be helped. I ended up having to cancel the storage unit and get another storage unit from another company. This also resulted in me having to keep the truck for another day. The Uhaul charged me for extra mileage plus gas, even though I filled the truck back to its original amount. I called to get the $60 extra charges refunded and they did that thankfully, but It still was a stressful experience.
