No drop box was provided, it was dirty and junky. An additional charge from this location was charged to my credit card though l had not agreed to it

Our whole experience was a mess. I booked months in advance but the week of they changed the location to one that was out of the way and no one was there to assist us. I was not told where to drop off the truck so called and got different answers from different Uhaul people as to where to drop it, how it was going to be handled. Then what I was told was going to happen didn't happen. The main issue was the online check in was not working even though we followed all the guidelines and downloaded the app etc so it took 11/2 hours working with different people of the Uhaul team to get us checked in and get the truck. We were late as a result for the one hour window we had to get our daughter out of her apartment. It was very stressful and a very long day. After the entire mess of a day I was especially disappointed that Uhaul did not give us a discount at all for the poor service we received.
