Absolutely Incredible experience from the truck to the drop off location, and even after the truck was checked in. Rick, the manager on site, answered the phone on July 4th when his location was closed, and after checking twice he found my foam roller I left in the truck. I called him a few times and described the item and he finally found it and VOLUNTEERED to MAIL it to me at NO COST! I have been doing business as a Mover with U Haul all over the country for 8 years and not once has a manager mailed me lost items, much less pay for it. Rick is an Excellent Man and runs his business in kind! I pray he receives the red carpet and leads many within the U Haul Corp to his standard of Excellence.

This location is very convenient for me so I like it but they don't have pick up trucks. Maybe you should offer pick up trucks at this location.
I am a repeat customer at this location, always have great service.
Have the equipment ready for pick up when it is reserved over a week in advance and have employees willing to take care of the customer rather than put it on the customer to fix the company's mistake. We were forced to go pick up the keys for your truck at a store 25 minutes away at our own cost, then deal with rude employees at the KCK store that didn't seem to want to assist us at all. Overall, it was a pathetic display of customer service and this will be the last time I use Uhaul for anything.

Everything was excellent and customer service was awesome. This was a great experience.
When I returned ti close out the paperwork during a time that was posted as normal business hours, no employees were present. I returned several times over the next hour and still no employee. I had returned the trailer after hours the night before.

The appliance Dolly I reserved the same day I reserved the uhaul was not received. They told me they did not have any. I had multiple appliances to move and made it incredibly difficult without the equipment I reserved and paid for. This final bill I received today was $33 more than I was quoted and I paid for equipment I didnt even get to use.

I called two days ahead to get the transport close to where I was going. They changed the pick up location without telling me. Then had to go to another place. Apparently my information wasn't taken correctly so I had to wait around 30-40 minutes until that was straightened out. Two times in a row now. UHaul USuck
when a person requests equipment at a particular location, they don't want to have to drive an hour and a half further away to get the equipment. not only was it extremely inconvenient, it was expensive to drive there, and then to have to pay for the gas for the truck to drive it back to where we needed to use it. you are a billion dollar company, it wouldn't break you to move the equipment to where the customer requests it. also when a piece of equipment fails, you need to do more to get the equipment replaced in a timely manner. I have moved 10 -12 times in my life, and I have never had this much trouble with a truck rental company.
The Uhaul costumer service via phone is horrible! I noticed my truck reservation wasnt showing up in my Uhaul mobile app or when I went on the website. I called the customer service number waited 74 mins to talk to a customer service representative then the guy I spoke to was extremely rude, told me I didn't know how to use the app and placed me on hold. I was on hold for 88 minutes when a different representative answered the phone. I found out he just put me back in the phone que. The next person was nice and stated I had to wait till 24 hours before my reservation to see it in the app or the website. I explained why I didn't believe that to be true but she insisted. So the day before my rental reservation I check and no reservation in the app or website. The day of my reservation I get to the rental pickup an hour and a half early and call the customer service number because my reservation is still not showing up or allowing me to upliad it in the app or web browser. After 84 minutes ob hold waiting for a customer service rep I get one and they cant fix it. They transfer me to another department who after being on hold another 16 mins cant help me and transfers me to dispatch who after quite awhile and some attitude wants to send me to another Uhaul stire an hour away because their open and can dispatch me the truck in person. They refuse to cover the additional cost of mileage or fees. I refuse then she states she can dispatch me the truck at my current location over the phone. As she is dispatching it over the phone the Uhaul site Im at opens. To put into context, I got to the Uhaul site two and a half hours before they open and one and a half hours before my reservation and I was just getting my truck. Uhaul needs to fix their customer service centers wait times, knowledge base and customer service. The mobile app also needs work as other reviews Ive seen have had the same issue.
