DONALD K.Uhaul sent me to this location to pick up the truck, which is 30 min drive away from the pickup location I selected originally with 1 day notice. And I'm not compensated for the gas cost to drive the extra 30mins, it's an awful experience with Uhaul. The driveway of this location only allows one car to pass at a time, it's too narrow and dangerous

Vincent C.When we picked up the truck it had the incorrect mileage online. We took a picture of the actual mileage used the truck and returned it after driving 17 miles when it said we would be charged for 600 we filed a complaint with uhaul. They said someone would contact us and no one has for several days and now they are trying to charge us 700 dollars.
