There was ice in the interior area above the cab that we had to break apart, shovel out, and dry before the unit could be loaded.
Roy Z.This was not our original pickup location. We had to drive over a half an hour one way to get to this location. We were never notified of the change. This location was not open so we had to obtain the vehicle by signing in online which was an ordeal. Very difficult.
