The van was dirty (still had items in the back) and had a 1/4 tank of gas. I selected an in-person check in and it was automatically changed to remote check in. This turned out to be a problem. Took over an hour to get checked in. The key was not in the box that the instructions indicated. Had to call the 833 # to get a code for another box. The mileage was off by over 100 miles. Returning the van was also a problem. The van did not get checked in by the location for days - I had to call to initiate this. Fortunately, Oscar who works for UHaul was the only positive part of this experience. He was able to get me checked in with proper mileage, etc.

The mileage and gas were way off. There was no one there to help. The app took nearly an hour to check out. Bad overall. Will consider a different company next time.
Alison OThe location was closed and I could not pick up the vehicle. I was charged for a van that I wasn’t able to use. This was a terrible experience and wasted two hours of my time.
Matthew MInterior of van was swept clean but had mud residue on the floor mats. I don’t consider that clean. If I had a more critical need I would have rejected the rental. Otherwise my experience was acceptable.
Patrick MThis location was an absolute NIGHTMARE to work with. We arrived 20 minutes before our reservation, but ended up leaving 20 minutes AFTER our reservation. No one was at the location to help us, so we had to work with U-HAUL over the phone to get the keys and check in, which was a long and tedious process that involved a lot of waiting. The location also reported the WRONG mileage (about 200 more than what it actually was), which made it difficult to check in online because we didn't want to lie. We received absolutely ZERO assistance from the location, both checking in and out. I would rather take 70 trips in my one car moving in than ever renting from this location again. I am very disappointed.
