This is a neighborhood store that happens to rent trailers. I don't understand why your system forces repeat customers to utilize a "wonna-be" facility when there is a full service facility on Gordon Drive in Sioux City. If this is what I can look forward to in the future, I'll take my business to a competator.

Completely unorganized and untrained. Didn't even have the trailer we had prepaid for online. Both Uhaul online and the store completely messed up our order. Didn't have the items we purchased either and we were upcharged once there. Very disappointed. Plus now you don't even have decent tow dollies or auto trailers. Uhaul is a HUGE disappointment.

I rented the U-Haul with a pick up date of August 29 and a return date of August 30 . The young lady incorrecly put my pick up date as August 25 with a due date of August 29 . I was not supposed to get charged for two additional days which I didn’t rent for two additional days this was my original rental day, however I’ve been charged for it $60.95 this needs to be returned immediately . I did not make an error in the rental your staff did.

People who are behind counter need to be More knowledgeable about U-Haul trailers and the insurance “safe tow”. No one there to help get the vehicle on the trailer.

I received the reservation (confirmation #) 1 week in advance, although they were unable to tell me the location I would be able to pick up the trailer. Advised me to call within 48 hrs of the reservation to discover that. I called @ the 72 hr mark, was advised they still could not tell me the location & were 'surprised' that I had a reservation when 'the system' stated that no trailer was available. I called @ 48 hrs & advised the same. The agent agreed that I may be advised to make other arrangements, although they were confident that I would get a trailer, however may have to drive 60 minutes to do so. At 24 hrs, I called again & was notified of the facility where I could pick up the trailer (not the facility where I had made the reservation). in the mean time, I had scrambled to find other arrangements. I ended up using the UHaul as it better fit my needs (size) - however question the process of confirming a reservation 6-7 days out & not having a commitment to fulfill. incidently, the facility where I made the reservation in fact had many of the 5x8 i wanted when i needed it - so not sure what was going on. rate the process very poor. Ultimately your product did satisfy my need. - thanks for asking

The People checking out the truck didn't seem to know what to do. I waited for an hour for them to get the truck when I had reserved it and given all my information the week before. The truck was dirty, could not see through the windshield because it was so dirty.

Trailer was hooked up to truck that I then had to unhook. Fuel level was marked incorrect on my contract I had to then go back in and get corrected. I don’t think the location looked at the truck from the previous person that drove it.

Checkout was a nightmare 1st time iwasted 35minutes of my time checking in only to find out she did it wrong. Called down the next day and had to re reserve a truck. Got truck reserved and brought back she did a readjustment on my final bill got the paper receipt saying my card would be charged $66. Here's the problem my CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE OF $70. Company did not tell you that a $14 charge is also added in for insurance.

I was told by a corporate store that all employees were trained on how to put trailer on a hitch. The gal that helped check me in did not. And she wasn't sure on how to even check me out.



We reserved online. We pre-registered online because your messages to me said it would speed up the process. We arrived with a printed off confirmation e-mail with confirmation number. When we arrived to check out the clerk was always pleasant but seemed confused by our reservation and spent time typing on the computer, over 20 minutes. Then the clerk said confusing things like my drop-off site was something different and the total was an extra $5. Finally the clerk seemed to find the reservation in the system. She was able to print off a document that matched what I was expecting, and the key was with an already filled-out form hanging on a peg behind her on the wall. They had only 11 moving blankets instead of 12. The truck had pre-existing damage and the clerk said it would be no problem because they all had an (x) sticker on them. I took lots of pictures including some with her next to the truck. I was not pleased by my experience. On the trip the windshield washer solution ran out. I had to stop and purchase and fill it. I guess I will need to remember to make my future pickup locations a dedicated U-Haul facility.

Whereas the ladies were very nice, the first truck they gave me covered in snow, garbage inside and the seat was broke. I had to walk thru the snow and drive it around myself. The second truck was nicer but I still had to got around back and get it and clean off the snow. I had to wait a total of about an hour while they got the truck reservation changed and the blankets I requested. There was no one there to hook up the tow dolly and so I had to call someone to come back with me once I was done loading to hook it up. When we got back there, she told me which one it was but it was covered in ice and snow and they all were frozen solid to the ground. I had to wait another 45 minutes while they changed the reservation yet again and took buckets of boiling water out to unfreeze the tow dolly. I have used UHaul many times and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had.

I originally did everything online. I selected where to pick up and drop off. Ended up having to go clear across town to pick up and drop off. Then nothing I did online was there. Had to redo everything.

The ladies working counter didnt know what they were doing. Rented trailer at 8:40 am on Saturday and had it back by 10:30 am. For a call on Christmas day asking if I returned the trailer. Won't go there again.
