The truck had not been washed for some time. The interior was not clean as it was full of dog hair, and when I turned on the vent, it blew everywhere. My daughter was with me at the time, and is allergic to pet dander/hair. Fortunately I had a chase vehicle, so she rode in that. I was disappointed with the condition and circumstance that it created. I personally vacuumed it out the best I could to get rid of the hair, and before turning in.

Trailers need a tongue jack. I planned to disconnect the trailer to load it because of limited loading space, but instead had to partially block a busy street because I had no way of lifting a loaded trailer to recouple it.

Make sure that when a confirmation email is sent saying when and where to pick up the equipment that the people at that location are aware that the equipment will been picked up, that way other customers don't have to drive to multiple different locations to finally get the equipment that they were guaranteed, but not until one hour and 45 minutes after it was guaranteed

The van that I rented was a little dirty on the inside cargo area with hair. It was not real bad, but be as it may was not clean either. I tried to get it swept out before I returned it. For being a van with only 2700 miles on it, it also had a bad stench smell in the cabin area. Lastly, I put 17 miles on the van total trip and put $9.00 worth of gas in it before returning it. It took approximately 4.56 gallons of gas, therefore not quite as full as I was showed that it was. However, the overall experience was good and Whitney was an awesome person to deal with. Thanks.

When I booked online it said that there weren't any bigger trucks available but they had a whole lot full when I went to pick it up, maybe they were all booked for that day but doesn't seem likely. The uhaul I got didn't fit all of my things.

The rail on the inside of trailer was broken. The latch on the back of the trailer was also broken. This trailer is not being maintained. It did not stop me from using the trailer.

I don't even know where to start with this… First of all the lady at the laundromat was rude… Then we proceeded to load the truck only to find out that it wouldn't start… After waiting two hours for help we were finally on the road and then when we got back the Lady was too busy folding laundry to help… This was just a terrible experience… Definitely if you can find another source to rent from I would recommend that

Nice folks, just small group that placed a bit more responsibility on the renter when returning and disconnecting the trailer than I had expected... If I had not stood on the back gate of the trailer to unhitch it, I likely would have had to go to another location to return it....

The pick up location was also a laundromat. The location had one employee and she was also distracted by laundromat customers. My reservation was not accurate in the computer system, and the truck was very badly damaged.

Got there at the time they opened to pick up the truck. The employee went outside and checked in trucks before coming back inside and helping the 3 of us that were waiting. It was almost an hour after opening before I was able to get the truck and leave. If trucks need to be checked in first thing in the morning then the employee should arrive early enough to have completed the check in process before the doors open. As a customer standing their waiting for her, I did not feel that my time was a priority for uhaul. Not a very good customer experience. Also I absolutely disagree with your fuel process for the customer. The truck should have a full tank when picked up and a full tank when returned from your customer. I received the truck with an 1/8 of a tank and spent $100 to fill up and then I returned it with a 1/2 of a tank due to the fact I had no way of knowing how much fuel would be needed to move my family. This is taking advantage of you customers in my opinion. And I feel you need to rethink your process around fuel
