I picked up the trailer and it had debris all over in the back. I was only hauling dressers so I left it as it was. When returning it the clerk told me she will be charging me $25 for returning it dirty. She provided me with a broom and I swept it out. But I was returning it in the condition that I received it. If they want it clean on return they should have it clean upon pick up.

I had a horrible experience renting this uhaul. The lady Dee Dickson told me “if I would get off the phone with her I wouldn’t need the truck longer cuz I could be moving”. She told me to get going. Extremely rude. She was no help at all, very condescending, and in a complete power trip. Worst experience ever and I will spread the word of my horrible experience.

This was a horrible experience. I was directed to go to Denison, Iowa to get the truck I reserved. I drove there. They couldn't help me, were nasty, and said the uhaul person had left. Told me they would tow my car. I was in tears. Uhaul redirected me back to River City.... for a smaller truck. They also said that based on the horrible service the regional manager would be calling me. They said they would request the call be that day (6/29) but he had 72 hours to call me, they told me he would address my issues... since I now would have to return to Iowa for a second trip to get my remaining items that didn't fit in the smaller truck- or just give them up. It's been six days. No call, no email. It is frustrating. I truly believe UHaul should be giving me a discount on my second trip based on their horrible service and promises. The call said it was recorded. Please listen to it.

Have a truck that runs and has even just enough gas to make it to a gas station. To bad the manager of a different store was unwilling to help due to wanting to go home for the day. Will say the lady at this location did everything she could but clearly her hands that were tied and rented me a truck with no gas and a dead battery. Also I asked for the place in Dakota City because it was two blocks from my house but was told it would be in south Sioux and then I had to go even further out of my way and go to Sioux City to get and return the truck, and because of this I had to add another 10 miles I had to pay for.

Scheduled a time/day for Hitch installation online, get email confirming the appointment. Arrived on said date, get told they are not available and it got bumped to the next day when I am not available. Why schedule a time if they will just change it at will? *UPDATE 5/12/2018* We Called this location because our wiring harness that was installed by their technician was found to be NOT ATTACHED properly to the car, causing the wiring harness to melt from the exhaust and short out our trailers. When we called to speak to the technician multiple times, we were placed on hold and they eventually hung up. Absolutely inexcusable, and we had to issue a claim with our credit card company to refund our purchase since these people have done NOTHING to attempt to make this right. NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE! These people will NOT get their money until they make this right! We told them we would be traveling across country, and they do a shitty job that caused our wiring to melt! UNEXCUSABLE!

We were not very happy at all our sister van broke down. We called the south Sioux City office and spoke with Kayla she quoted us 19.95 for a car tow Dollie we drove all the way back to Pender nebraska 40 mile one way to get a hitch. She told us to go to the Gordon drive location because they had one. When we got there Whitney told us it would be 44.95 we told her what Kayla quoted us. She told us we she couldn't give it to us for this amount. I told her to call Kayla and ask her why she quoted us that? She wouldn't do it. So we had no choice but to get it. I feel like if one of your employees quotes a price they better know what they are quoting or they need to stand by that quote. Sorry just not very happy with the over all service.
