Ensure the truck is on the property before the customer shows up instead of having them waiting for an hour. Make sure the previous renter, who returned the truck late, at least has the decency to sweep the truck clean and fill the tank with gas. 3/4 of a tank of gas and a $20 bill to fill it myself after I already waited for an hour past my promised time is disrespectful and unprofessional. Also never received the "U-Haul Promise" $50 refund for a late truck that was dirty with 3/4 tank of gas.
Castors Auto & Truck Repair Customer Service Rep, could not have been more helpful in serving my needs. She not only represented her employer well but was a great advocate of U-Haul.
I have nothing to say derogatory about this location staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything, I use to be a uhaul dealer less than a month ago after a few years of service, so I know the process of renting and customer service and they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place

My only disappointment was that I was delayed picking the truck up by three hours. That resulted in my movers being on the clock with nothing to do. But overall, it was still a positive experience.

I made my reservation for glassboro pickup. Uhaul changed the pickup to sicklerville and never informed me of the change in pickup location. It was a great inconvenience to me because we went to glassboro first to pickup truck and then we had to drive all the way to sicklerville when glassboro had the truck we needed and wouldn't give it to us.
Super friendly gentleman and his perfect customer service made this an extremely easy process
One tire on the trailer was very worn and I requested it be replaced to handle an over 500 mile trip. The straps to secure the tires to the dolly were worn and damaged and had to be replaced. The trailer was not ready because of this and I had to return much later to pick up trailer.
I was impressed with the mannerism and experience of John, who did pick up the U Haul. Both he and his supervisor worked with me to eliviate any additional charges. I would certainly do business with U Haul, if needed, in the future.
The owner went above and beyond since there were so many issues with my rental from the previous pick up location. He was very patient and professional. Stand up guy.
Make sure your company doesn't charge my bank account twice. Having issues trying to get refunded.
Tried to tell me that I returned the rental to the wrong location and I had to pay an additional fee. Said the rental location was on my paperwork. Had to show him it was not and I was not paying any additional fees.
The owner/manager stated he didn't have an appliance dolly on site, but also didn't know how to remove it from my reservation. He ended up canceling/deleting my entire reservation and started over from the beginning. I was there much longer than anticipated because he wasn't knowledgeable of the system, and often complained that "since they changed the system, I've had nothing but difficulty. I knew the older system, it was much easier."

The associates at Castor's went above and beyond their duties by helping me with a few blown fuses in my truck... In the rain. You don't find service like I've experienced at Castor's anymore, and I'm glad I did. A+ class act.
I reserved a 20 foot truck and car carrier. When I got to the location they had neither!!! They said that making the reservation doesn't guarantee the availability???? Why the hell should anyone trust your reservation? We eventually found a location about 30 miles away. That caused us to lose an additional 3 hours we had slated for moving. I am checking out alternative rental resources.
