Quick drop off of uhaul after am exhausting day of moving. All I did was park and hand the keys to the rep and they did a check and said I'm good to go,, so that process was a good experience.

There is no parking at all. I noticed that another renter got their truck pulled out and went over it with an attendant. That didn’t happen to me. The truck was dirty and smelly. There was a good bit of damage to the truck as well. The rates are stupid high. If I didn’t need such a big truck I would just rent one from Home Depot. Uhaul is too expensive.

Getting the trailer, the young fellow had trouble hooking up the trailer. We had a small incident running over a ladder on the freeway which damaged the electrical connector. The first contact person, must have failed to start the road side assistance call. After 45 minutes I called again and had a new person take over to help me. After 40 minutes i did receive a timeline for someone from RoadSide Assistance to arrive. The technican was friendly, helpful and quickly fixed the problem. All in all it took over 3 hours to receive help and we were not in a rural out of the way location. I am not sure why the first call was delayed but it was frustrating having to call over and over.

Matthew was a lifesaver. While the other location we dealt with that day caused confusion and incorrectly connected the trailer; Matthew was able to get a slightly larger unit connected correctly and get us on the road in a short amount of time. We will make sure to continue to use this location in the future.

I will prefer another location or a complete different business The guy is very rude and disrespectful he asked us a question and we didn’t understand his so it took us a little bit to understand he looked at us and gave us a wave hand that means move I don’t have time for you he was very rude no please and thank you no information on how to return the truck or anything else I’m not coming back to this place again

Have adequate staffing available on the weekends and if there are many bookings for rentals. Seems like there is always customers waiting around including myself. Been here the last two weekends and poor staff running around trying their best to handle the long line customers. I do have to point out that the female staff are very professional compared to the male staff. Male staff comes across as not caring about the job but just the salary. Sloppy in person and when providing service. The female staff were on point, explained the rental policy well and pull the van from the lot for you.

Mathew was very rude and I felt like I was doing something wrong when I was renting. When he answered the phone and I asked for the rates he responded with “the same price as always. Check our website” and when I asked for price again he said “THERE $20 FOR THE SMALL ONE LIKE ALWAYS”... when I came in, they had 15min before closing he was just rude to me throughout the whole process, he didn’t even show me where the truck was so I had to run around the lot looking for the truck in the rain. I never leave bad reviews but as a business owner myself, this is unacceptable.

I called scheduling to help find a better location to drop off the trailer I rented. While the shoreline location was convenient to drop off, the attendant commented that I should not have been directed there at all as they already had excess of trailers. In addition the gentleman I spoke to for rescheduling the drop off the trailer commented that I would receive a text and email confirmation of the change; none arrived.
