The equipment was not ready when I had requested it. I had to wait 18 minutes into my reserved time to be on my way. Other than that, the staff was helpful and responsive. The truck was clean and worked well, except for a sticky back gate. It was hard to close.

The service and equipment was great. The reason I would not recommend this location is simply because my friends and I are very busy with demanding schedules. The POS or point of sale equipment is horrific, the general manager had to enter my information two times. The credit card reader kept freezing up, and locking up the PC. So what's the use of having a more secure credit card posser if it doesn't work? And the card number has to manually entered. I would not go back because of that reason. Thank you

Since we were moving a daybed the bottom of the bed could have been a little cleaner. It looked like someone had hauled dirt before us. It looked like it had been hosed off but near the tailgate there was some mud because it had been raining. Over all great way to get your stuff moved and great service.

The mileage on the contract for pickup said **52; however,when I went out to the van it was **53. Obviously the van had been driven around a bit since the last rental. I debated going back in to the office to have this discrepency corrected, but decided it was mnior compared to the issue I had at the Leary Way store a few weeks ago when I brought a truck back, and then found out by e-mail reciept that the staff had charged me for missing gas, even though I had refilled the gas tank correctly. For that one I drove back to the Leary Way location, took a picture of the gas gauge and mileage just before the truck drove out on another rental. I was not very diplomstic with the emplloyee who rented the truck, and to whom I returned it that evening. That was truely annoying and upsetting for my day. I now know to take a picture of the gauge and mileage at the end of a rental.

Personnel in this location needs customer service training. Person helping me with my reservation was not very friendly. I was asking questions regarding the sizes of trucks and pick-up. His response was you can go outside and see it for yourself because he can't bring the pick-up inside the office.No need to be rude.

Engine didn't sound great, probably because vehicle had 94,000 miles. Padlock was frozen shut. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Was transferred to this location for a truck because the truck I reserved at the Kenmore location was never returned by the previous person and he was not able to contact them other than leave messages that were not responded to. It took quite awhile to figure out but at least I got a truck. Unfortunately I had to pay extra miles on the truck I wouldn't have had to otherwise as the Shoreline location was much farther away. On the other hand the Kenmore guy said I would get a credit for the hassle of not having the truck I reserved. The Kenmore guy was ok, but he was extremely busy working the entire store by himself. The service I got from the Shoreline location was excellent.
