I drove 17 miles and was charged over 30 dollars for fuel. Do your vehicles get less than 2 miles per gallon. I left with the gauge at 3/4 full. I was told fuel was charged at about 4.50. The tank was not full when I left. Ryan. 206 999 1271

Good Afternoon, I want to know why I am being charged an after hour fee of $20 when I was told that they closed at 7pm and we were there before 6:30?Â Â AND I was originally supposed to have the rental for a one way (dropping off in Everett), not round trip.Â Jay insisted that the truck had to me returned to their location that night. This has been the WORST experience dealing with U-Haul.Â My reservation was changed without my knowledge or consent to a different location and time. NoÂ one planning a move at 8am would be ok with it being changed to 3 PM and way further out than the 1 mile away fromÂ my house. Â After numerous phone calls and getting a woman (Sarah)Â in the scheduling department to get me what she could, I got a truck for Shoreline instead of Kenmore.Â This rental process has been nothing short of horrible! Customer service, lack of communication, and locations making decisions for the customers without asking is frustrating and infuriatingÂ to say the least.Â I want the $20 for after hours credited back to my card and a mileage credit as I wouldn't not have went over the expected mileage had my reservation not been pushed outÂ 9 plus miles from my original location to pick up AND 14.6 miles away from my original drop off location.Â Please get back to me asap!Â I will also be forwarding this to corporate, as customer shouldn't have to deal with this when moving is already stressful enough. The desk staff is great very funny and pleasant in a job that can be very stressful. I'm not sure his name but a lady had made it very clear her and her husband had been constantly pestering this employee they wanted special things done for them, and he was incredibly calm and professional the entire time he was being asked the same question over and over and an adult being very whiny. When we dropped off the girl that met me there was immediately funny and also very professional as well we are and will continue to use this branch whenever we need to rent a truck. I requested pickup from a location near my home and was re-assigned to the aurora ;location, much further from my home which added miles to my final bill. Upon arrival to pickup the van I waited over 20 minutes in the lobby, putting myself at risk of COVID exposure. Pickup times should be staggered to reduce long lines and unnecessary exposure to COVID.
So easy. Love the outside pull up return.
Better guidance when using online check-in. Didnt give me the dollies and blankets I reserved and paid for, and no instructions in the app how to get them.
When an employee is training and is having difficulties some one with more experience should step in and help.

I was over charged... not happy
My bill was incorrect and I had to call to get it corrected. I was incorrectly charged an extra day.
I was told that I had a Full tank of gas when I rented this truck. It was in NO WAY Full....!!! The needle was just below the Full mark, but when I filled it up (3 times) the needle went way beyond the Full Mark. So, you guys got me for an extra 5-6 gallons of gas. Not too happy about that and will tell others to watch out
We booked online and received a phone confirmation for a 10 am pick up. Upon arriving, we were told that our reservation was for 2 pm that day. We were able to take a smaller, but available, van. We were also charged for furniture pads that weren't in the van.
Not charge an overnight drop off surcharge. Advertises. 24 HR drop off, doesnt advertise surcharge to do so. Disappointing
Idk why you let me reserve my truck in Bellevue when the truck was an hr away. You could have at least been transparent about it.

This location charged me for 47 miles on a truck that barely had 12 miles used - I only went from the U-Haul location to my home (1.1 miles) and to the transfer station (3 miles) - round trip. this was a short journey - not sure why they felt the need to lie about the mileage to make my bill higher.
(1) Overall, much better than my previous rentals from U-Haul. Will certainly come back if I need a truck again. (2) Not specific to this location, but the phone-based check-out and return system, while a great idea, was balky and confusing, took more time than I would have face-to-face (before covid).
Owner was great to work with! Was able to get in and out quickly.
Although I chose mobile checkout, it took a long time to go through the process. The line inside the store was long, so there were no employees around to help.
electronic drop off return makes it soooo much easier! great work with end user experience drop off site had plenty of room for me (a big truck newbie) to maneuver and remote pickup/drop off info was prominent and self explanatory
