Lady working the desk was very rude. Because online I was promoted to get the key from her and not the lock box she questioned whether my payment went through. I don't see how my payment wouldn't go through when I had the name of the truck already and the website said clearly "get key from attendant" so yeah. She made the experience rougher than it had to be. She insisted on calling to verify my payment before being bothered to get up to open the lock box. When she finally opened it, there was no key in there. The key was in the Dropbox because it was used after hours. She then told me it probably wouldn't be clean. This ordeal lasted about 30 minutes which made me late to pick up the truck. Very bad service. Would not recommend.

The rep at Shelby storage called and had the drop off corrected to be dropped off at her location. Haul still charged almost $600 for a one way drop. I do not recommend UHAUl but I do highly recommend Shelby self storage
Darrin CTruck was reported stolen & police was called after payment was made.
