I can't imagine what I would change about the experience for both the pick-up or drop-off. Everything was ready and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. This location is now my go-to for moving and hauling needs.
Very helpful and accommodating in getting us a truck last minute.
Trucks with fuel level and mileage not matching on the contract. Got a check engine light within 100 feet of driving the first truck that was given to me. Location claims that people siphon off gas from trucks parked overnight but have not adjusted their procedures to not make it a customer facing issue. All in all - I spent > 30 minutes picking up my rental for a reservation that I had made online.
My initial pick up in Seattle was moved from Rainier Avenue location to to your Interbay location with no useful notification to me. I was Told I would receive a $50 refund for my trouble by your central dispatch/ customer service person. I haven't seen that yet. Then when I picked up my truck I discovered after loading that it had two holes in the roof necessitating covering my now wet cargo and returning/exchanging my truck the next day, again at the Interbay facility. Everything went smoothly from there on out although I do expect my $50 refund.
Vehicle had not been inspected prior to rental. Truck bed was heavily splattered with pigeon excrement due to being parked below pigeon roosting area overnight. Uhaul personnel did clean the truck bed, but this delayed the use of the truck.

There was no longer term parking and no after hours drop off, and this wasn't made clear to me until I picked up the truck.
Super flexible and helpful! They were able to up our van size on the day and just generally very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
The only issue was the description/specs of the truck. It's listed to have a height that due to the door is not accurate and because of that was not able to move one item as it did not fit. This really derailed my move!

Gunk, in the corner. It was pretty gross. The Location was changed from the original and I ended up being late to pick up the trailer and getting back to the house for the movers.
When I came to pick up my truck I was informed that gas was stolen out of the truck the night before. So if I filled up the tank and provided the receipt I wouldn't be charged for the gas. So when I dropped off the truck with a full tank which was over 80$ the guy helping me said I would be getting back 33$. I was happy to hear this and was under the impression that I wouldn't be charged and would receive 33$ back to my account. Instead I was charged 66$ and was out the money I spent on the gas. I tried calling to speak with someone 2 different times but was put on hold and then said someone would get back to me. I will never use this uhaul again and not be recommending it to anyone as well. Very disappointing experience overall.
A Uhaul repreentative needs to be with the renter during inspection, especially if uhaul is putting all of the burden on the renter to determine if there is existing damage. Use the photo of the specific vehicle, updated after every return, for damage inspection. This one thing caused a 15-20 minute delay leaving and utilizing the vehicle for which it is being rented, using up valuable rented time. The guy installin trailer hitches should worry about that and not tryng to direct traffic and parking for people picking up and returing equipment. He caused more confusion, provided unnecessary comments and came off as a jerk.
The rental truck and auto transport trailer combo worked out really nicely and helped me get the job done. If you want to step up the next level of service, If a customer has a reservation for a truck or van and any type of trailer package, have it already hooked up and ready to drive off the lot. If it's reserved in advance there should be time to make this happen. These comments are only suggestions to make it even easier, the transaction and pickup went really well and Malik and Kaitlyn were so nice to work with.. Great work! I recommend!
The woman who helped us was very nice helpful and knew her stuff.
charges can be sneaky and tricky. verify that everything the agent tells you is written in the contract. ask for every potential extra charge or you will pay 100% more than you expected.
The entire staff at this location is extremely professional, helpful and kind. We would highly recommend this location.

My only frustration is that I selected the Maple Valley, WA location for pickup and was given less than 24 hours notice that my location was moved 40 miles away. I requested my trailer 2 weeks in advance so I don't understand why I was allowed to think I could pick up where I made the reservation if there was never any effort by Uhaul to get my equipment there. You need to give more notice that you can't accommodate the pick up location.
Super friendly and easy location to get to! Pick up & drop off was extremely smooth and quick! Best uhaul experience ever! Houston was great!

Despite the reservation guarantee, when I arrived to pick up my reserved truck, it was not available. I had to wait 10-15 minutes, then the U Haul employee finally decided to assign me a different truck. I had also purchased moving supplies online to pick up at this location, but when I arrived most of the items were out of stock. Please improve your inventory control for online orders and reservation system. Other than that, the rest of the experience was good.
To Whom it may concern, Just used Uhaul small box truck, I've used trucks from the interbay location a lot over the years, First off the folks working there were pleasant but here's the deal, I went less than 4 miles round trip and just got charged 26.00 for gas. I have a photo of the starting gas gauge which wasn't accurate as declared by the check in person but close enough.. Also at mile 2 the engine light came on, which I mentioned upon turn in. Hopefully there will be a correction on my billing. A quick check of the ending odometer should collaborate my claim. Thank you for you time on this matter The rental is under my name, Jeff Steichen
