The man who checked me in was incredibly rude. He also said that they were technically closed even though I reserved the truck a week before. The truck only had 1/8 tank of gas, and he said I should fill it up before leaving because of that. I didn't understand why it wasn't full from the beginning, and I asked if I'd be reimbursed for unused gas, but he wouldn't answer. We had to call Uhaul. They were helpful.

A vehicle was not assigned to me so I could not pick up with the mobile check-in. Also, when I tried to fill up the tank, there was a leak in the gas tank and it poured gas onto the ground below the truck. The service station attendants were lovely and very helpful despite these issues.

The location and customer service at this location were great, but unfortunately the cargo van I rented was filthy! It looked like someone had transported construction materials. The back was full of dirt, wood chips, and nails, and the front was very muddy and had some garbage. I spent about 30 min trying to sweep out the back so that my boxes and furniture wouldn't get dirty, but it was very difficult to sweep the rubber mat, so I ended up having to get a tarp to cover up the filthy (and potentially dangerous, given the nails) surface. I shouldn't have to clean up after another customer. I followed the suggestions by previous reviewers, and did not use the mobile check in option. Instead, I checked in with the clerk inside the Shell station, and the process was painless. This check in procedure was probably the best experience I've had with UHaul, because the van I ordered was actually there. But it seems like every time I rent a UHaul something goes wrong, and this time it was the condition of the UHaul. So while I would recommend this specific location, I hesitate to recommend UHaul in general to anyone.

Manager and staff for rental checkout were great, but they did not inform me that they would not check me in on Sunday afternoon. Staff person on Sunday afternoon refused to assist me with checking back in, would not direct me to key drop, would not call manager, would not give me U Haul phone number since phone app would not work. I have spoken to the Manager who was very responsive and I hope no one else will be treated this way.

My truck was not ready when I went to pick it up. The cashier was no help. The regional contact did not answer their phone and never called me back. I called the main uhaul line and the first person I talked to was as helpful as she could be but she had to eventually transfer me to another person, who, while ultimately fixing the problem, was kind of rude. Turns out the truck hadn't been staged and the cashier had the keys the entire time. This took over half an hour to from the time I arrived to the time I got the keys.

The online process to check out at this location was incredibly frustrating. It took 50 minutes to pick up the rental and another 40 minutes to return it using the online app. The app kept crashing on my phone, and after being on hold with the customer service line for 30 minutes both times, the representatives couldn't help me. My wife had to drive out to meet me BOTH times to try the app on her phone.

Truck cab smelled aggressively like cat urine. Used half a can of febreeze to make it tolerable for the 600 Miles I drove it. Location did not appear to be capable of mobile/unattended pickup as I scheduled, but opened at 6 and that wasn’t a problem. Truck performed fine except for the smell. Drop off location was changed by someone not me and i returned to the indicated, but wrong location apparently. Not sure what happened there.

The whole renting by app thing is a joke. You guys need to play around with the experience with ReachNow, Car2Go, or similar. It would have been way faster for me to just go in and talk to somebody rather than going through the app. Not only that, but after going through the app, I still had to go inside to get keys anyways and when dropping it off, after jumping through all these hoops in the app, I have to go inside and give him some of the same information to fill out paperwork.

When I return the vehicle the attendant behind the counter would not come out and check the mileage or the fuel level and would not give me any kind of a receipt. Today when I went online and found the receipt they had charged me for two days instead of one they double charged me on the environmental fee they double charged me on the collision damage waiver fee and when I went in this afternoon to question this again there's no one there to help me I have to call someone named and Dennis tomorrow morning to straighten this out. I don't live in the area I had to rent it specifically for something in the area that's so I just can't keep coming back and forth to resolve this issue. I think if you're going to rent vehicles to people should have someone dedicated to be there at all times.

I rented a truck from you guys for ~2 hours. At the time of pickup I was told that if I drive 10 miles the cost would be ~$55. I drove 8 miles and the final charge is $89??!! How could it be? Also When I dropped off the truck I asked about the Fuels level and was told that it should be 7/8. However in the reciept you can see that it is in fact less than that. So I have been way overcharged for the rental and also for the Fuel. I emailed them and asked about the charges and did not hear back !!

I put an order in for Friday and it was moved to Saturday with no update. Had to run across town to start the process all over again and ended up getting a different truck that I was told wasn't even available in Seattle. Online/ phone customer service sucked.

It was incredibly frustrating to check out a vehicle and took over 30 minutes just to get it all sorted out. The attendant didn't help, the number on the website called someone who had to text me two different phone numbers before i could get a hold of anyone. I wasted forever taking pictures for the checkout process and then the attendant came out and started recording all the information I had just photographed. What was the point of the photos?

I was charged for 2 rental periods, but only had the vehicle for 4 hours, midday. I wrote to customer service, and never heard back. I have now been on hold for 20 minutes with the repeated message to leave a review.

Staff seemed to be completely unfamiliar with the rental process and don't know what to do - this has been a consistent issue at this location. During the pick-up process, the agent mistakenly selected 'out-of-area' ID, which then prompted for additional contact info. I had to help him back up and find the error. Was charged after the fact for collision damage waiver that I specifically declined when making reservation. Email to get the error corrected has gone unanswered.
