The staff at this location was super nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. Whenever I move again, I will rent from this location because of the staff. The only room for improvement is the check out process. It was easy to return the van and drop off the keys, but I was unable to check out online. The process is not clearly spelled out... Interior of cab was filthy, especially driver's side. Exterior had several scrapes, scuffs, and peeling paint that was not shown on the pictures during my preinspection walk around. Had to take time to document it myself. On the plus side, staff was super friendly and helpful.Bradley J.

The manager here (Bob) is completely unhinged and not suited to be doing this job. He doesn't follow mask guidelines having his nose exposed and when my FiancÃ© told him to pull it up a 2nd time he had a total meltdown and yelled at us to get out of his store. If this location is gonna remain operable he needs to be either radically retrained or removed.Tyler S.

I requested and paid for a hand truck and dolly with my van. The hand truck and dolly were not in the van, and the person at the rental place was not wearing a mask and would not come outside, so I could not safely go inside to request them. I was disappointed i originally booked in advance for Saturday for 24 hrs and i got a email Thursday afternoon. My reservation was moved to another location which was off my way and i have to change everything. It was very inconvenient considering i already plan my whole weekend for moving.
