super unprofessional place, avoid this location ! booked a truck 5 days before, went to pick up the truck on time, was told nothing available , even there were 3 trucks sitting in the parking lot .... staff told me if i want my rental on time I need to cancel my original booking and book through their store....what a joke

I wish in Canada I could work in metric when renting. Trying to convert between imperial and metric when cashing out is frustrating. U-Haul needs to provide an update to their software for their Canadian stores.

Customer service was unfriendly at the location and I did not feel welcome. However, given the option to have staff on site vs. using mobile pick-up, I'd still prefer to do the pick up with a staff.

This place was very unprofessional. I was charged for two pay periods when I said I would be back before 11, and I was. I wasn’t able to get my truck on time. There wasn’t at 10’ truck only two 15’ and two small vans so I was told I wouldn’t be charged for the 15’ only the 10’.

I entered my credit card when I placed my reservation, however the U-Haul rep at the counter asked to scan my credit card again. He also did not scan it through a POS terminal (like the one he had attached to the cash register), but through one of those slim scanners ... I asked him why he needs my credit card again and he said something like "It's not in the system". It was fishy and I am going to have my credit card replaced.

The fuel from the system was different from what it was in the tank. The fuel in and fuel out was calculated manually as a result. Please make sure that this does not happen for other customers. Transparency is always better and appreciated.

Operator has trouble getting the reservation on the computer although i have received a paid confirmation. He tried to upsale me and he told me the reservation was not paid. May be he was not familiar with the system. After that he was very good at advising me on hoe to drive with a trailer behind.

- Service was very slow. It is like the employee didn't know how to use a computer. - I ordered an appliance dolly and they didn't have it. They should have told me and not leave me struggling to figure out how to move my appliances last minute. - The back of the truck was dirty as hell. Sand/Dirt everywhere and it smelled like manure. Overall would not recommend at all.

The Uhaul attendant was extremely brash and unsavoury. We had the truck in the exact same state as we received it only to have the attendant tell us to package the blankets and carry them into his store. His store was very dark, dingy and didn’t have a working card machine. Very unpleasant place to be in. I have used this location before, and the attendant wouldn’t let me leave until I payed him for an imaginary amount of gas that was missing. Which was not the case. The truck on both occasions was filled to the specifications. Rude, misleading and generally unpleasant man.

It was my first and last time to use UHaul. On the truck is mentioned $19.95, but you charged my Credit Card $200.01 and $74.62. Serously guys?! $274.63 just for one and half days truck rental!!! So what is $19.95?!!! Why you misrepresent the customer? On the other hand, the agent in pickup location was so uneducated about the service. He did not explain properly and whatever I ask, he just was looking at the monitor and did not answer me. The location was super bad smell even I could not stay for 2 min. However, I am going to get help from my bank and dispute the transactions. Totally not recommented service guys.

The owner was great. I had issues with the mobile pick up (with is SOO DISAPPOINTING) but luckily I called the owner and he helped me out and gave me a much faster customer service line to call and told me he was going to be coming in shortly in case I couldn't resolve the issue.

Have your employer be on time. Waited for over 45 minutes till he showed up. Lost MY time on the move. Need to rent another truck but will not be with your company. Very disappointed. I expect some compensation for the lack of punctuality. Please call me. 416-230-8555

Ensure vehicle is ready when rental has been confirmed. I had to wait an hour and a half to have the manager try to jump start the truck because battery is dead. Had to get customer service on the call to get another vehicle which was not easy getting transferred multiple times. No compensation or discount on kilometer either for lost time and inconvenience. Manager telling me I gave him a hard time because he cannot provide the service that he committed.

Trucks covered in snow. Sent to one down the road. Wrong truck. Came back. Around the corner. Cleared snow again. Truck was clean and drove well but smelled very strongly of old cigarettes. When we came back, trouble with the bill. Ended up paying cash because computer difficulties with credit. Great location though. People seemed nice.

If the conditions of rental say it is possible to pick up the truck at 7.30, this needs to be true. I was there 7.30 and the registration online did not work and there was nobody at the site. I had to wait 20 minutes for the person to arrive, open the store and give me the keys.
