the VAN I rented was so dirty and not even a drop of windshield washer in container. I was almost got off the road on High way in winter snowy day when I tried to wipe my windshield. I have of highway to find a gas station in as the store is not open at that time. I explained to the place person what happened we didn't believe me and accused me I brought back dirty VAN w2hen he found only a coffee cup in side. he was so rude when he talked to me. He communication was not professional. I will never go back to that place and never recommend to any one to go through what I went.

There was an empty plastic water bottle left near the driver seat and the van was given to me with low tire pressure in the back wheel. When I came at 9am - the link I was given for selfserver was not working, but there was someone there that was able to help which was great! Also the van was ready for me to use at 9am. Overall good service - with some areas needing improvement.

I have not agreed on coverage, since it was no asked as an option a I got charged for that. Average score for location and negative feedback for the whole system. Looking forward to call customer service.

The problem was this is not the location I originally made my reservations from a MONTH ago. Because the truck was not returned I had to find another location. If I make and confirm a reservation the equipment should be there for me. I shouldn't have to waist time chaising down where to find what I ordered.

Parking was extremely limited, also the van had low tire pressure in the rear right tire when it was given to me. However, the van was in excellent condition, it was immaculate and didn't even have 6000 miles/10000 km on it!!

Hi, When I made an online booking from U-HAUL, I have received an email about the location and order confirmation. When I am at the location I couldn't find the car and the office is closed. When we called U-HAUL customer care we were told the location is changed (Please note, no email notification is sent to me about it). I booked an UBER to rush to the new location and found the car. Once I go to my account and start the order I have been rejected. Then we walked into the shop and made a new booking. The experience was tough and costs me a lot due to change of location and confusions. I am sure U-HAUL can provide some compensation valuing my time and money spent in my last Order

This place have a faulty van with broken sensor which charges high. I drove around 15 km but they charged me for 76km. Not recommended at all.

The location was somewhat difficult to find because the Uhaul sign was pretty small. The personnel was helpful though.



My pickup location was changed from one location to another after i received my booking receipt, which did not open until 11:00am. I had the new location call me twice to change my pick up times to make it convenient for them. I spent 50 minutes at the store at 8:00am for the clerk to figure out what i had reserved for. The first contract was a return to Toronto even though i booked on line to drop off in Kingston. The second contract had a return location drop off in London Ontario. The clerk did not know how to fix this and was told that a FM (manager) was to call me and correct the return location, so I had to sign off a return in London and hope that this was all going to happen. Then I find out that he entered 240km on the contract and not 300km as I booked on line. So i got charged an extra $27. Apparently customer service will credit this, but its Monday and have not been credited yet.

Back of trucked leaked while raining. All our stuff got wet. Was not impressed. Will not be renting from U-haul again.
