The air pressure on the front right side wheel was low when we took, the message on the dash said the air pressure was low and found it was only 25 PSI. We had to go to the gas station spent 30 min extra for filling the air. The right side view mirror was broken and dangling all the time so I could not see the vehicles on the right side. Other than this vehicle was clean and the service was good.

there are lots of hidden charges. They advertise like they are the best. I had a bad experience . to run less than 50 miles they charged over $120 .this is most highest rent amount i have ever paid.I should pay maximum @50.00 for this run but they charged over double they expected amount.

We arrived a bit later to our reservations which caused our reservation to expire. However, after a quick call to the uhaul customer service and some timely assistance from the Duty Mart workers, we were able to get our truck. Thanks again and great customer service!!

I have rented U haul at several location including the main one at Warden & Ellsmere out of all the location i will rate this location as best for customer service. the guy was friendly and very accommodative. & Honest.
Good service. The store manager is very friendly and efficient.
The truck was covered with dust and mud inside the cab as well as outside. Asked if it was cleaned recently and was told two days ago. I was very disappointed but was in a bind so took the truck as is. With Covid 19 issues being what they are I was very concerned I took special precautions.
Empty water bottle in console & used rubber gloves. Dashboard and windshield were filthy.

Truck was filthy, pickup was not quick and easy, I had to repeat all the steps I did online once I arrived. Also the agent inflated the kilometers by at least 20. These are not honest or good people.
When I arrived the fellow, a complete stranger to me, came to me and took the keys. I tried to sign out via the iOS app, which froze. He said â€œIt's ok. It's fine. Alrightâ€. I left the area. Afterword I realized that I received no closure, no closing receipt, the app was useless, the fella had told me he would send me an email, he had not done so. So a few hours later I went back and said that I wanted to â€œclose the loopâ€œ. He understood and asked an associate to get the kilometre reading and, I suspect, to do a look around of the vehicle (he was speaking Tamil or Urdu, which I do not speak). It took a while, but it wrapped up nicely. The fellow said that earlier his system has been down, which is why he had not sent me an email. The reality, though, was that I did not have any clear sense of the contract being closed. I was worried that perhaps I had inadvertently given the keys to a stranger who may have been a con artist, and that I had might be liable for the entire value of the vehicle. That is why I went back up to the store, and It took a while, but it wrapped up nicely. So the earlier drop off was really far too informal and unofficial, and the fact that he did not send the follow up email that he promised within a reasonable amount of time (in my world that's two hours), caused me to be quite concerned. In the end all was ok. I think the fellow even offered me a free ice cream, which I declined but appreciated.

Very bad parking lot. Had a hard time getting out. No room to maneuver the truck on a Saturday afternoon.

The location was far from my original choice. The business opens at 9am and my reservation was 8:30. The owner at least called me the evening before to let me know. The material that I have included in my reservation (furniture dolly and blanket) were not available. The car had no washer fluid what is a real problem during winter time. Many big mistakes for a company that is running this business for so long. Although not a great location, the service was fast.
Wasn't giving a contract so I don't think my charge is correct, no contract was giving to me when I left nor was there any markings or any indication of how much gas it had before, so I had to go by the honour system and make sure that I left it correct but no contract was handed to me nor signed and I don't know if my kms are correct cause the ones I counted don't add up to what he counted in the email I received and he didn't check my rental when I got back just took the key and said I can go
