There was no qualified representative to assist me with the completion process at the drop off location. I would had to wait an additional 30 minutes or more for someone to arrive. More wasted time.

Arriving at our location there was no one available to give us the truck. I waited over an hour. I finally called and spoke to Abby who was amazing, then I spoke to Gabby who was also amazing and they worked it out. I didn’t get a dolly as required however the drop off location worked that out for me. I will not use your website to book any further request but I will call and speak to someone if a truck is needed. Thank you.

The reservation process is not accurate. I tried to book a truck since Monday. The head office sent me a confirmation and after that, I got another email from the store saying that the truck was not available or it was available from 7 pm to 2 am which no makes sense because I did not ask for those hours. I recommend changing the reservation process and not overbook it.

The agent had difficulty signing into the computer. I had to go behind the counter to type in the location's login and password. Over the cross of the transaction, I had to go behind the counter 3 times to type in my information and pay for the transaction. We were not given a copy of the transaction or a copy of the POS termination receipt. The agent did not go outside with us to go over the condition of the truck. The passenger mirror was held on with duct tape, the inside of the truck floor was covered with broken glass. Yes, we should have checked out the condition of the truck and gone back inside to have the mirror condition noted and the inside of the truck cleaned up. It had taken so long to complete the paperwork, even though we were 30 minutes early, we had to get to our pick up stop. Driving home, we had to stay in the outside lane, even though we should have been travelling in the right land due to the slowness of the truck. My husband didn't feel safe changing lanes with his lack of vision. When I called into the Uhaul office to report the condition of the vehicle so it was noted, we were offered the option of having someone come out to fix the mirror.

It took almost 2 hours to finish the checkout process at the store! The guy didn't even know how to use the uHaul portal properly and transaction wasn't going through. I had to call uHaul contact center and then call his manager to resolve the issue. Terrible experience, and all my timings (including elevator booking at my building) was messed up.

I went to the allocated store to pick up the rental truck at about 11:05 in the morning, once i get there the man who worked in the shop asked me to fill up the information on their computer behind the counter, we all failed and he called someone claiming that he is new ,and the guy we called did not produce anything better since i have never used UHaul link ,instead he asked me to do on my phone of which i did, he was still on the other side of the phone,after I finished,i told him am done and he said its not done untill it say Go Get The Keys. I personally called UHaul with my phone and they were able to assist me ,that was around 11:34 when i called. I got the keys around 12:05 after spending more than 1 hour to get te service/ key Bad location indeed

Better training for authorized dealers. The person didn't even inspect the vehicle b4 handing over the keys and there was a discrepancy with the amount of gas in the vehicle. Never want to use uhaul again.

1)The person who came to show us the vehicle adviced us to go for another cheap local renting van which he had. May be he doesn’t want to give commissions to u haul and wants to encourage uhaul customers to use other cheap van where he would make more commissions. 2) he forced us to buy the insurance eventhough my friend had a personal insurance. Telling us scary stories. Very unprofessional.

My booking was at 8:00, the store opened until 9:00, I was given the key an hour later than expected and my plans were disturbed. I am expecting a refund for this inconvenience. During my booking the person of the location called me twice rushing me to return the unit because "other client was waiting" I booked for 4 hours and used 4 hours, no more than that, I would like to keep using your services but if I do not receive some kind of compensation I am switching companies, its just not right to loose an hour of my time for nothing.

Had to wait 20 minutes for the store's employee to actually open the store. Super inconvenient and frustrating because we were on a time rush and needed the vehicle at the arranged pick up time. Store itself is super hard to find as there was only a tiny sign in front of the convenience store that indicated it was also part of UHAUL. Likely won't be coming to this location in the future.

This place is unorganized took 1 hour to pick up the cargo van and 1 hour to drop off. There was no line up the people just don't know what the hell they are doing.

I booked on line and reconfirmed with this location. When I went to Pick up the Vehicle I was delayed nearly 1.5 Hours. I had to call the customer service several times to resolve. I requested for two days but u-haul insisted me to return 7.00 A.M on Sunday morning although charged for two days. They have charged for extra for fuel. I returned the Vehicle with the same level, It's been marked on the paper. On Friday when i called U- Haul customer service regarding the delay, they promised me Credit of $ 50.00 Also they didn't give the invoice, because their printer was not working. You could check my receipt on line. I believe the issues will be resolved. Thanks Mangalraj Karuppiah
