The person in-charge here was rude - unprofessional - and seemed like he cared about his other business (foreign exchange) more than anything else. This place just handles u-haul on the side - dragging the u-haul name through the mud - ruining the experience for all. When I dropped off the truck he did not comment on the fuel level or else I would have refueled it at that time. Then a few days later he called me to tell me that the fuel was not enough - and asked me to come back and refill or pay the refueling charge - this is really unprofessional behavior that I do not expect from an organization like u-haul. Felt more like a scam. When I resisted against such behavior he told me that he would waive off the refueling penalty of $30 and will only charge me for the fuel top-up. Ready to let it go I agreed. Then a month later he emails me a u-haul invoice with exorbitant fuel charges, refueling penalty, taxed - totaling up to a significant amount. Then u-haul sends me a payment reminder threatening to hand over to a collection agency if I do not make the payment in 7 days. This felt just like extortion more than anything else.

Have the truck and have your system and your debit machines working This was the worse rental I have ever done. The truck engine light was on n oil light. I have called customer service regarding my rental. Unless u-haul works with me regarding all issues I have had from time of pick up to drop off

Nothing, the people at this location were superb. Pick up with my phone was flawless.

I rented a 15' truck and traveled 18.3 km. Your fuel mileage for this truck is 10 miles/gallon. According to the number of miles driven I should have filled up the tank with 6.92 L of gas. I put in 11.875 L of gas which is more than the 6.92 L I should have put in and yet I was charged extra for fuel. This is unacceptable and for the record gas tanks are not exactly 1/4 or 1/8 full there are amounts that are between these amounts. As a customer I should receive a full gas tank and then return a full gas tank so there are no ambiguities. Here are the calculations indicating how many km I should have put in the tank (for the record I did not let the truck idle). 1 gallon/10 miles x 18.3 miles x 3.785 L/gallon = 6.92 L. Once again I put in way more than this amount and that being 11.875 L. It is morally wrong to charge me extra when you benefited by my gas fill-up.
