It was my first time renting a U-Haul. The manager of Lakeview Suds Car Wash was very helpful and kind. Definitely I will go there the next time that I need to rent a U-Haul.
Maryam I.My appointment was at 4pm and the equipment was in location but the authorized person didn't available till 4:30pm. The second issue was the payment process. He took my credit number and all the information and used it in his lab top to complete the payment and this process is so scary to me. He didn't use the bank machine to get his money! Thanks
