Trailer had to get a wipe down for some oil or grease. Inside of door needed a wipe down - covered in some substance - dusty, greasy stuff. Otherwise the person who checked us out was very efficient and professional.

Truck was dirty. NO customer service help when I had problems and they were open. Online rentals are not always quicker. Was also way out of my way but the only place that had a truck. Will not use this location again.

I couldn’t use the truck because your heights of your trucks claimed to be 9’4” when actually the door height is only 82” therefore I couldn’t pick up my two skids that were 87”. I drove to my pick up location and couldn’t get my product

Service was great, the truck inside was a bit dirty both in the cab and moving area. The plastic light covering in the truck was on the ground and the side mirror on the truck was broke. They did rent to us on the spot so maybe only suggestion is trucks are cleaned when they come back. But people were very friendly and accommodating.

Shocked at how poorly this operation was handled. This was the third location that I was sent to by Uhaul to get my truck. I reserved my truck days in advance for Location #1 at 12PM, 24 hours of use, 30 miles, $64. The night before my reservation, I receive an email that my reservation has been changed to Location #2 at 2PM. Not ideal, but manageable. Show up to Location #2, there are no trucks there. We get Uhaul on the line, and the representative says there are trucks at a third location and he would tack on some extra free miles because of the extra distance. I then went to Location #3. When I arrived at Location #3, the associate at the desk told me the total cost due would be $134, more than double the original cost. I pull up my reservation on Uhaul.com, and the price is showing $84 (not the original $64 shown at booking but again, manageable). I refresh the page, and the price now shows $124. The associate tells me there is nothing he can do, but that I can call Uhaul. I would expect that to be his job as a Uhaul dispatcher, but here we are. I call Uhaul customer service and the representative tells me she can't see the cost history and it is just showing $124. She then passes me up to a scheduling manager. The scheduling manager tells me she sees the cost history and I did book my truck for $64. She tells me she is going to call the location and walk them through the dispatch process and charge the agreed upon price. The phone never rings. Luckily, a new associate was at the counter at this point and he knew how to edit the cost, and get me on my way. What a nightmare rental experience from Uhaul.

Convenient location. Desk person was available immediately. Had to wait for the outside person to finish pumping full service gas before helping me remove the trailer and send me on my way. Not a big problem though. Only waited about 5 minutes.

I did not realize that a box truck did not have a ramp. I just assumed it did. I needed one. Wish it did, but its on me because I never asked.

When I checked in personnel told me to go to the van and use the app. The app would not work so I went back inside to check in. Same personnel then told me they have poor cell coverage so the app doesn’t work well at their location

The truck was worn, but that is ok. The door didn't shut well. The window handle was broken. The truck did the job though. I've used the mobile app 2 x now. I believe it is convenient in situations when there isn't a counter person available. But, it takes a long time to check out. It is easier to check out at the counter.
